If Deadbridge Chant's second ability would bring back a card with bestow, can you have it enter the battlefield as an aura targeting a creature?
Nope. You may only use a creature as an aura if you cast it for its Bestow cost. Deadbridge Chant isn't letting you cast the creature, it's simply putting it directly into play onto the battlefield. (wording change, my apologies.)

No, you can't. Bestow only works when you're casting the card, which you're not doing at all with the Chant, so no Bestow for you.

Procrastination is an art form, and I am an artist. Knowledge knows no bounds.
And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real.

The card with bestow would be put onto the battlefield as an enchantment creature. You can't have it enter the battlefield as an Aura, since bestow only causes a card with bestow to become an Aura when it's cast for its bestow cost and not for any other reason.
