Severed Arm - Very nice. Elegant and balanced and perfect flavor. I could see it in a core set that had -1/-1 counters in it, if you can imagine such a thing.
Gremlin Mob - Could this have trample? It just feels right. All in all nice chaos/politics card for multiplayer.
Makeshift Grenade - Outside of an enrage combo or similar this is a fairly bad Bolt variant, but 4 damage might be a bit dangerous. Hmm. A hard card to balance. I might have gone 4 damage/sorcery speed.
Volatile Conscripts - Love the "unattached" bit. An elegant solution to a constant conundrum.
Weapon Harness - I'd make this one cost some mana to equip but make other equip costs 0.
Warrior Poets - Again, solid flavor and good mechanical payoff. Page counters!
Mana Shell - This seems abuseable but I still really like it.
Risky Jump - Feels like this could cost R.
Deputize - Very clever. "Tap or untap" is still technically a bleed in white, but just like blue does both things, so does white, so hey.
Heavy Casualties - Deaths Reflection? Seems a little win-more at that cost. Still a cool counterpart to Final Punishment.
Severed Arm, the flavor here haunts me. "hold on while I cut off your arm, then beat you to death with it."
Gremlin Mob, the ability should read "At the end of your turn, sacrifice an artifact. Then, the player that controls the most artifacts gains control of Gremlin Mob."
Makeshift Grenade, magic could use more 'bad bolts', this one feels much better than Collateral Damage.
Weapon Harness, needs to either give the ability to the equipped creature or specify the equipped creature. "Equiped creature has 'equip ability costs 2 less to activate if it targets this creature.'" "Equip abilities costs 2 less to activate if they target equipped creature."
Mana Shell, broken as heck. Mana Bloom wasn't the worst card ever, to upgrade this much is insane.
Risky Jump, red doesn't typically grant flying, this might be worth the bleed.
Deputize, this feels weird, whats going on here? I get why it becomes a soldier, but why the tap or untap? Why only if it shares a creature type?
Heavy Casualties, this should cost closer to BB, a nice mirror to Urborg Justice. Maybe CMC 3.

Heavy Casualties is overcosted, and could be as cheap as 3 CMC (probably 4 to be safe) since it does nothing by itself.
Overall these are all pretty cool.
