The only two black cards that destroy artifacts specifically that I can think of are Phyrexian Tribute and Gate to Phyrexia. And I don't think there are any mono-black cards that destroy enchantments (Quagmire Druid is black but requires green to activate). If you need to destroy these two types, I would suggest looking toward adding artifacts to your deck, like Nevinyrral's Disk or Oblivion Stone.
Seriously, you're playing mono black and trying to find cards to do things that black just doesn't do. If you want effective answers to artifacts and enchantments you're going to have to either make everybody discard those before they get played, or start adding artifacts or a second color.

I agree artifact and enchantment destroy isn't something black does. My playgroup has some evil discard decks were the have multiple cards like The Rack, Megrim, Liliana's Caress out at once you get the point.
He's good at smoking Artifact lands (Darksteel Citadel too!) but really I like that for one mana I can make almost every "Kill target creature" into "kill target artifact." Is it somewhat limited? Yes. Does it help more than it hurts? Yup. When you play Damnation or an opponent plays a Wrath of any kind it's nice to watch their artifacts disappear too.

Black never gets artifact or enchantment removal, its part of blacks flavour and mechanics that it blows up creatures real good but has no real way of dealing with non-creature threats.
Having said that, black does have ways of stopping opposing cards before your oponnent can play them. Discard effects are the most common but "lobotomy" effects like memorcide and sadistic sacrament can be useful for pulling the offending cards out of your opponents deck before they even draw them.

Why waste time thinking when you can spend it smashing.
Adding fire automatically makes everything awesome.
Black does almost everything worse than every other color.
You may as well give up and play a different deck, red, green, and white are super good at artifact hate, blue can steal them or coutner them. That's it.

Chalice may prevent things from being played, but, fits the bill for a mono-black way to deal with artifacts and enchantments, only reason I mention it. Destruction is basically the same thing. And, in fact, preventing them from playing then is just as good as removal, if not better, letting them negate more of their opponents deck than a simple 1-for-1 trade constantly.
Plenty mentioned here already- Gate to Phyrexia sprang to my mind first alongside sweepers.
No one has yet mentioned Smokestack. Black can feed it easily too with tokens or critters that keep coming back.

Oh yeah! Smokestack is legit. Although black doesn't have much in the way of coping with artifacts/enchantments once their in play(black, not artifact), I always looked at it differently...black CAN deal with those permanents, just while they're in the hand, before their played. Gate to Phyrexia is also another option.
Speaking of Ulamog here's an instant answer to just about anything, though the mana cost suggests "EDH-only".
Personally I don't like it from a flavor perspective. Having all the Eldrazi be vulnerable to O-Rings was smart thinking; while there are afewcards that can kill Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, but only these could mostly be ignored as older cards that were unrelated to Zendikar; Scour actually depicts the Eldrazi (though it is an Eldrazi spell). Then again, New Think is that they could always kill the Eldrazi, but it could upset the cosmic balance. (Oh, and we'll get to see how soon enough.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Quagmire Druid can destroy enchantments, but you need green mana.
But you can skip this and go with Nevinyrral's Disk, Ratchet Bomb or Powder Keg.
