I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this.
So I'm curious, on an introspective level, what colors do you think match your personality the best? I'm sure this has been done a hundred times, but I've asked this question before and I enjoy hearing what people have to say about themselves and how it relates to WUBRG.
For me I'd have to say Esper matches me to a tee.
White: I admire justice and honor. I believe that heorism and supporting others is a noble and worthwhile pursuit. Ideally this can make me compassionate and emphatic, but it can also make me harsh and vindictive.
Blue: I believe logic and the pursuit of knowledge is the key to a happier well being and a more intellectual and peaceful society. Ideally this can make me brilliant and creative, but it can also make me cold and overly critical.
Black: I am strong-willed and convicted. Life has thrown some terrible things my way and I'm still standing, unbroken. Ideally this can make me cunning and forward thinking, but can also make me manipulative and amoral.
W: Feeling of Justice, self-punishment when I step "out-of-bounds", general love for others. U: I like knowledge, and am one of the more logical of my peer group, if somewhat disconnected to others. G: I also love nature, mixing with U. I massively dislike the whole "green" movement due to my attempt at objectively understanding nature.
The colours are, honestly, very broad and people essentially need to be simplified to fit them. Like, I'd basically be WURG because a variety of things that fit together IRL have been split up into entirely different colours. You try supporting working towards an ecologically sustainable, healthy system that maximises utility, security and creativity for humanity as a whole while safeguarding the rights of minority groups in a manner that requires a lot of planning, organising, thinking outside of the box, vision and sheer damn passion without dipping into most of the colour pie.
Well yeah, obviously I'm talking about generalities. Theoretically, we're all WUBRG as a majority of humans experience a vary broad spectrum of emotions and attitudes. I'm asking of the traits that stand out most, what colors do they represent most?
I have a strict moral code, and I'm a loyal person by definition.
Unless I have dedicated myself to a cause/person, I have no qualms about using manipulation or white lies. I'm the typical 'salesman', with a hint of integrity but the shrewdness to sell you your dead mother's bones. I'm basically an orzhova agent.
Well, I guess when you get right down to it, I am probably a Grixis kind of guy. I like knowledge, power (at least enough to keep others off my back, and the ability to do what needs to be done, even if others don't exactly approve), and am a bit chaotic, so, it kind of works.
I guess there's a little Bolas in me.

I'm pretty much WU. I try to learn everything I can and want to improve myself, and I want to help other people with my life. I'm not too ambitious when it comes to what I want to do in my life, and I'm not very instinctual. I am emotional, but I usually don't act on my emotions (Which is the core of Red).

The wedding is over. Now it's time for the honeymoon.
Strongly WU. I am highly logical, and think in a scientific manner (both naturally and due to my education). I also have a very strong sense of right and wrong, though not one that always matches with society's definitions.
The strongest influences in my personality are undoubtedly U and R. I find the pursuit of knowledge to be one of the most important things in life, second only to the pursuit of one's personal passion(s). I value logic and reason very highly, but believe they should always be tempered by trusting one's instincts. Similarly, I believe emotions must be expressed freely and openly to be healthy, but careful thought should still be given to one's actions, especially when those actions are driven by strong emotion.
I also have a strong B streak in me. Selfishness is probably my biggest character flaw. However, I don't believe that selfishness is an inherently bad thing. Call me a pessimist, but I believe that it is in our nature to behave "selfishly" as we call it; even most altruistic actions are ultimately born from a seed of self-interest. I also believe that this isn't a bad thing. Is it not better to embrace the fact and allow ourselves to do what makes us happy than to stifle our own greatness under the burden of guilt? Similarly, I can be nhilistic, another quality often attributed to pessimism, but to me the fact that everything ends and therefore ultimately nothing has true meaning to be liberating, even inspiring.
There are certain parts of the G philosophy that I agree with. Namely, nature should be left to its own devices. The part where I diverge is that I believe the progress of civilization, technology, industry, and science is all inherently natural. Humans are a part of nature, so we should be left to our own devices just as much as any other animal.
The ideals of W are the antithesis of my own, for reasons I will not get into at the risk of offending anyone who does hold such beliefs. My philosophy works for me, but I do not expect it to work for everyone, and I would prefer that others show me the same respect.
tl;dr version: I am mostly UR with undertones of B. Interestingly, the traits of U and R that I most strongly identify with are generally the parts that overlap with B's philosophy. I disagree strongly with just about everything GW, finding G to be naive and believing W really needs to mind its own business and let the people with different views believe what we want.

id probably be RWU like most people who aren't nature-obsessed or ultra self-interested evil people.

Then blue, as I do enjoy learning, if for nothing but learnings sake.
And then green as a splash, as I do enjoy the simple things in life, like swinging with a tarmo.
So, :symr::symr::symu::symgu: Would probably be most accurate.
Hoping for a cure, or at least an outbreak.
