Engineered Plague brings back memories. One of the best ways to shut down goblins back in the day, and now with the token fests that have spawned it's probably one of the best token haters ever printed. Still not sure how someone engineers a plague to kill ghosts, though.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
And in general, every Modern-legal card that doesn't have a non-premium print with the Modern border, like Lord of Atlantis and Gemstone Mine.
I hadn't thought about frames.
I should have, because I'm rebuilding Legacy Enchantress, and have decided to go with new frames where possible (I generally prefer old frames, but this is novel and I saved $ on fetches).
So I want (non foil) new frame reprints of:
- Wild Growth
- Sterling Grove
- Enchantress's Presence
- Any other Enchantress playables.
And in general, every Modern-legal card that doesn't have a non-premium print with the Modern border, like Lord of Atlantis and Gemstone Mine.
I would also agree with this. That includes cards with white borders. The Urza's lands come to mind.
Doubling Season desperately needs a reprint. Yes, I know it won't show up in Standard, and I know it already got one in the first Modern Masters, but that wasn't enough. It should get reprinted in Masters sets and such until it's actually affordable.
Rings of Brighthearth really ought to have one as well. It was a unique and neat card, and I have yet to hear of it breaking anything.
Pretty much all the rare dual lands could always use more reprints. The filtering ones from Shadowmoor/Eventide come to mind, and the enemy-colored half-cycle from Innistrad.
Primeval Titan would be nice, considering its price even after two core sets and a Masters set. I also really hope Sigarda, Host of Herons shows up in Iconic Masters, as well as Avacyn, Angel of Hope. Come on, Avacyn is pretty much the most iconic angel in the game (aside from maybe Akroma?); how could they not include her? And while we're on the subject of angels, Archangel of Thune really should have gotten a reprint by now as well. Khalni Hydra would be another good one for Iconic Masters, and maybe Utvara Hellkite as well. (Actually, I can think of quite a few dragons and hydras that I hope show up in that set...) Lava Spike would be another good one. And I still want to see Gilder Bairn get reprinted, even though it's unlikely.
Finally, even though it's only been a couple sets since they came out, I feel like either Heroic Intervention or Blossoming Defense, or both, would make sense in a core set or something.
4-5 of any of the following:
Zendikar Fetch-lands
Canopy Vista (plus filling out the cycle)
Engineered Explosives
Noble Hierarch
Tarmogoyf
Liliana of the Veil
Snapcaster Mage
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Chalice of the Void
Vendilion Clique
Celestial Colonnade
Cavern of Souls
Dark Confidant
Fulminator Mage
Bitterblossom
Arcbound Ravager
Mox Opal
Karn Liberated
Leyline of Sanctity
Ancestral Vision
Basically the cards that are a barrier to entry in the format due to their monetary cost. Most of these would need to be reprinted in a Standard-legal set to significantly bring them down.
I feel pretty safe on assuming Avacyn, Angel of hope appearing in iconic masters along with the praetor in some form. They will probably save older classics for the 25 year anniversary set.

Wow, I just realized that Stoneforge Mystic has only ever received one printing in a standard legal set and one promotional printing while also being one of the most popular creatures in both legacy and Commander formats. That and she is pretty iconic as well, likely due to her artwork basically making her look like Nahiri. Her and the original swords + Umezawa's Jitte could find their way into Iconic masters. It's also possible they may reprint all the mistake cards people want to see in the upcoming Un-set this December, since they are including Contraptions and reprinting that rigger card from Future Sight as a black bordered card.

The Mirage fetchlands.
They keep avoiding Mountain Valley and Bad River. They're excellent budget/casual cards and I would appreciate being able to play with them without worrying that their now tissue paper-like consistency is gonna give. Also, the set must be completed!
It's really hard to get old cards in really good shape nowadays, specially commons and uncommons like Withering Boon, Diabolic Edict, Forbid and Capsize.
Kjeldoran Outpost and it's Alliances cycle.
Pro land cycles from Kamigawa and Zendikar, too.
the alliances cycle is reserved.

I would like to see the Shadow cards returned and improved on.
For those who don't know, the Shadow's key word says, Creature can't block or be blocked by creatures without Shadow.
Its a 2 headed knife. Great for quick near unblockable damage.
We "might" see shadow return in the Dominaria set, but I'm not really certain since there are a lot of mechanics they could pick for that one. I do like shadow and thought that the cards that interacted with it were far more interesting than "unblockable" is today. Could you imagine how crazy it would be if they had both phasing and shadow in the same set?

I'm actually a bit surprised by Ixalan. They have done a number of notable reprints now with the land cycle, Explosive Vegetation, and Lightning Strike. Albeit, none of them are the super high demand reprints, but given how shy wizards is of reprinting super high demand cards in standard seeing anything get reprinted via standard is a good thing.
Edit: Gah, the set symbol for Conspiracy: Take the Crown looks almost identical to Ixalan.

I don't care about the expensive staples, I just want more of the cool small cards in the new card face.
I would also agree with this. That includes cards with white borders. The Urza's lands come to mind.

Lava Spike would be another good one. And I still want to see Gilder Bairn get reprinted, even though it's unlikely.
Thrun, the Last Troll would be nice (and he's kind of an important character). So would any of Elspeth's cards. And the Mirrodin swords are still stupid expensive, so I certainly wouldn't say no to them showing up again. I wish they'd reprint Privileged Position too, though it might be too much of a color bend now (because mono-white doesn't normally get hexproof). Maybe Asceticism instead? I'm also not sure why Time Warp hasn't gotten a reprint in a supplementary set yet, nor Time Stretch. Other things that would be nice to have the price drop on are Rhys the Redeemed, Quicksilver Amulet, Aether Vial, Mox Opal, Ancestral Vision, Master Transmuter (that hasn't made it into a Masters set yet?!), Through the Breach, and Lighthouse Chronologist. Maybe Bear Umbra, Reflecting Pool, Darksteel Plate, Lightning Greaves, Elvish Piper, Training Grounds, Well of Lost Dreams, Nature's Will, Waves of Aggression (or Aggravated Assault if it isn't too overpowered), Lotus Bloom, Luminarch Ascension, Copy Enchantment, Darksteel Colossus, Primeval Bounty, and Contagion Engine too.
For things that really aren't that expensive but would be nice to see again anyway, Distortion Strike, Slippery Bogle, Invisible Stalker, Dramatic Entrance, Firemane Avenger, Gideon's Avenger, Browbeat, Primal Rage (how that hasn't shown up in anything newer than 10th Edition is beyond me), Thunderbreak Regent, Avatar of the Resolute, Elite Arcanist, Sage of Hours, and Sylvan Caryatid (kind of surprised that hasn't been in a Commander set yet...) would be nice. I'd also like to see more of the imprinting artifacts get reprints.
Finally, even though it's only been a couple sets since they came out, I feel like either Heroic Intervention or Blossoming Defense, or both, would make sense in a core set or something.

And in the category of "not actually expensive enough to need a reprint but would still be nice to see more", Hunter's Insight, Ethereal Armor, Invisible Stalker, Reverberate (or Twincast), Sunscorch Regent, and maybe Warriors' Lesson, Mercurial Chemister, Infiltration Lens, Simic Charm, and Canopy Cover as well. Maybe also some of the big Eldrazi that haven't gotten one, such as Pathrazer of Ulamog.
Oh, and Serra Ascendant needs a reprint. It's too expensive as it is.
