Since Mirage Mirror could act as a copy of Liliana's Mastery, does Mirror Mirage create two 2/2 black Zombie creatures tokens considering it would be as if it was entering the battlefield each turn?
Also, would I be able to activate the same Mirage Mirror multiple times per turn (given I have the mana)? (i.e., Have Mirror Mirage copy Liliana's Mastery and then copy Throne of the God-Pharaoh)
I am very curious about this dynamic. Any feedback appreciated!
No. When the Mirror is becoming a copy of something, nothing is entering or leaving the battlefield, so the Mastery's ability will not trigger when the Mirror becomes a copy of it. And you can activate the Mirror's ability multiple times in a turn, but only in response to another activation - once it's a copy of something else, it no longer has the Mirror's ability to become a copy of something.

Scientists have calculated that the chance of anything so patently absurd actually existing are millions to one. But magicians have calculated that million-to-one chances crop up nine times out of ten.
Well, having the Mirror become a copy of Liliana's Mastery isn't a total loss for the Zombie buff still applies.
But having it copy a legendary card could cause the legend rule to pop up like the Throne. If you copy your own legendary card you have to immediately send one to the grave. But assuming you copy someone else's Throne, then your Mirror will become the Throne and if you do so before the end step, it'll trigger as normal.

Mirage Mirror can't cause to trigger enters-the-battlefield abilities that it acquires by copying. Mirage Mirror didn't enter the battlefield.
Resolving multiple instances of Mirage Mirror's ability with the same target is generally useless, but possible.
