Just a quick question
If I have a creature with "Must be blocked by all creatures" and "Can't be blocked by more than one creature" how does the game mechanic work? (Assuming the defender has more than 1 creature than can block)
Does the attacker pick a blocker, The "Must be blocked by all creature" is void or... wut..?
In this case, you have 1 requirement (all creatures must block if able) and 1 restriction (can only be blocked by 1 creature). To satisfy the maximum number of requirements without violating the restriction, the defending player must block with 1 creature of their choice. The rest are not able to block, so they are not required to.
These are the basic rules of attacking and of blocking:
1- you cannot, ever, disobey a restriction (things that say CAN'T)
2- you must satisfy as much requirements as possible (things that say MUST)
Rule 508.1c: The [...] player checks each creature [...] to see whether it’s affected by any restrictions (effects that say a creature can’t attack [...]). If any restrictions are being disobeyed, the declaration of attackers is illegal.
Rule 508.1d: The [...] player checks each creature [..] to see whether it’s affected by any requirements (effects that say a creature attacks if able [...]). If the number of requirements that are being obeyed is fewer than the maximum possible number of requirements that could be obeyed [...], the declaration of attackers is illegal. [...]

Similar rules exist for blocking.
