I have a bit of an oddball question here. Since the Black wishes can tutor for any Magic card that you own from outside of the game I'm wondering if there's any official rulings on what happens if you select Contract from Below and attempt to cast it. Let me be clear; I realize that you can house rule whatever you want. Heck, you can errata Swords to Plowshares to be a Rampant Growth if you want to. That doesn't interest me. I'm wondering if there's anything official regarding interactions such as these that would otherwise prevent you from tutoring for and casting Contract that isn't entirely dependent on house rules and other unofficial sources.
I am not entirely sure what the question is. The only way this is a legal play is if you are already playing for ante. If you are not you cannot get an Ante card (this has been confirmed by both Eli Shiffrin and Mark Rosewater because of Spike, Tournament Grinder).
If your group lets you do this, your group needs to figure out how to handle it. There is no official ruling on this because you are using house rules to allow it.
The comprehensive rules as of Rivals of Ixalan, which go into effect tomorrow, now state explicitly that cards with the same first ability as Contract from Below "can't be brought into the game from outside the game" "[w]hen [players are] not playing for ante" (C.R. 407.3).
