For Radha's activated ability: Absolutely. You can spend the G on the generic mana requirement of Yasova's triggered ability just fine.
For Radha's triggered ability: Only if you have a second combat step in the turn and can store the Radha mana somehow. You can only declare Radha as an attacker after the beginning of the combat step, after which point Yasova's triggered ability window has passed.
No. Radha's ability triggers when she is declared as attacker, so in the declare attackers step. Yasova's ability, however, already triggers in the beginning of combat step, the step before you declare attackers. Since all triggers resolve in the same step/phase in which they are put on the stack, you resolve and have to pay or not for Yasova's trigger in the beginning of combat step, long before you get any mana from Radha.
edit:
Of course, you can use Radha's mana ability to produce a green mana to pay for Yasova's trigger, just like any other mana ability. This can pay for the 1 part of the cost.
If you planned on using mana from Radha's trigger to pay for Yasova's trigger, the answer is no.
Rule 506.1: The combat phase has five steps, which proceed in order: beginning of combat, declare attackers, declare blockers, combat damage, and end of combat. [...].
See, Yasova triggers and needs mana during 'Beginning of combat' step, but Radha triggers later, during 'Declare attackers' step.
Thank you everyone that's what I thought oh well thought I was onto something as I rummaged through my card library. It will still be played as I have other mana sinks I can use during combat and a vedalken orrery at my disposal.
I appologized for not using the card tags not sure how I will find out, again sorry for that
