So it wouldn't have a silver border. Also I think it's on the land sheet (as in printed with), not in the land slot (in place of a land in a pack).
It will show up in the land slot *because* it is on the land sheet. So, every so often, some "lucky" individual will end up with a foil Steamflogger Boss instead of a foil land.
Anyone have a link to these other than a forum attachment? Unfortunately the forum software doesn't let you share the images with people (like on facebook or messenger). I can't even right-click/download.

How much should we expect these to cost for foils?
The current value of the gorgeous Unhinged ones should be a pretty good guide.
They currently vary between about $40-80 a copy, dependent on which one you're after (with the Island naturally at the $80 end and the Mountain at the $40 end, as per usual).
A better comparison would be what the Unhinged ones were worth during the first year they were available and while the set was still in print.
FYI, Maro has confirmed this set will not be a limited print run and if there is demand, it will see more print.

I would actually say somewhere in between. When Unhinged was first released, the community as a whole didn't quite have the awareness it does now about the collectability of special basic lands. Of note, consider that the "judge foils" started out at nearly the price they are at now. Scarcity had something to do with that, for sure, but Gurus have always been scarce and they were pretty much ignored in the beginning.
The fact that the set may see continuous printing based on demand may not matter much, as this is an Un-set and the contents are pretty much otherwise worthless aside from drafting and very casual play. It's going to be hard to convince more serious players to buy packs even if they want the lands.
My guess would be $15-20 for the foil lands to start, probably rising sharply after production officially ends, and stabilizing at $25-30 in a couple years.

Interesting analysis.
I feel that there are way more people that play magic today then there were 15 years ago. Unhinged came out during the time of Kamigawa, when Magic was at one of it's low points in popularity. While I personally am not a fan, I think there are many of players that will draft this set extensively to the point where 20 dollars seems a little steep. I do agree that there will not be many other reasons for this set to hold value (unless some of the legends are EDH viable somehow) so a lot of the value will be in the basic lands.
For those asking about foil prices, remember that the BFZ foil full art basics with good art have been stable at $5, and this set will be opened a LOT less than a big Standard set. I would not hope for anything lower than $10-12 on day one.
