So I'm pretty sure the max on this is 8 cards. But they will be tight. 6 doesn't look too hard. is there a configuration anyone has figured out that can accommodate more than 8?
The eight configuration is like this. The "O" is the main card. The diagonal lines barely touch the side of the card at their corners, and the equal signs are perpendicularly touching. The vertical lines touch the whole short side of the card.
I can get well over 40 if you bend the card in half and place it with only the edge touching the table. Damaged cards are allowed to be replaced mid game allowing you to swap out basics you damage, as well you can place 1 card 100% underneath the bunker which can result in a surprise attack/block several turns down the road.
It doesn't say the player (or say, his son ) has to stop touching the permanent. What keeps me from having my son come over, put a perm between each of his fingers, and stand them on end? Also, if you are representing your tokens with say, coins, lots of coins can fit on Cramped Bunker.

Sure, as long as you make a habit of using coins as tokens. Per the FAQ, players aren't allowed to change the objects they use to represent tokens in order to shrink them for this. I'm fairly certain that the wacky, yet legal, lengths player will go to for this card are the entire point.

If I have an Earl of Squirrel producing tokens every turn, I can change to coins going forward. It actually clarifies in the article: "If you create a new Angel token, you can use a penny." Your response also doesn't address the use of my minion...err, son I also plan to make him be my humunculous if needed!

I'm pretty sure a good chunk of this set was designed to benefit from having a friendly face on hand.

Besides the cringeworthy aspect of destroying cards, I would imagine this would cost you a few pennies in the long term. At what point does having to constantly purchase new cards supercede any prize that may be won or the crowing rights of winning?
Putting that aside, I wonder if R&D even thought of that when designing that card. I remember more than a few players were unwilling to play Chaos Confetti to the fullest when it was printed.
