Well there's ben focus on what creatures we could see reprinted in each one.
Now I want to see what general reprints could appear in one to all 4 decks. (no sol ring doesn't count that appears in every pre-built deck by default.)
Well, Command Tower is practically a guarantee. Commander's Sphere is popular too, being strictly better than Cluestones for the Commander format. Opal Palace is a possibility. Ash Barrens and the other C16 Basic landcycling cards help colorfix. And of course we can expect lots of trilands and duals.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Darksteel Ingot is also a likely candidate for mana fixing in any of the decks that are at least two colors, and I would not be surprised to see Fellwar Stone in the dragon deck as it is very good in five color decks.
The Cat deck will likely have a copy of Krosan Verge as it is the best green/white fetchland out there. I am half-expecting some of the Mirage Fetches to make an appearance in the decks as well. WotC have learned to put good mana bases in the decks, so I expect a lot of reprints of lands like Rootbound Crag and Darkwater Catacombs like we saw in C16, hopefully we get Hinterland Harbor and it's fellows in the decks this year, at least in the decks that use enemy color. Painlands are pretty much a given though. City of Brass is likely to make an appearance in any deck that is at least three colors, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Exotic Orchard and Forbidden Orchard as well. Maybe even Reflecting Pool if we are lucky.
Adaptive automaton
Metallic mimic
Shared triumph
Peer pressure
Obelisk of Urd
Urza's incubator
Patriarch's bidding (this one's close, might be too expensive to make it in)
(U/B) is :symbu: or :symub: and the same is true for the other 9 hybrid symbols with their two colors in for the last 2 leters of the code. ((2/B) and co are :sym2b:)
Alternatively {UB} or {2B} in [mana] tags are (U/B) or (2/B) T is :symtap: and T will give T in [mana] tags
I'm hoping Elixir of Immortality gets a reprint in the Vampire deck. Makes sense in terms of flavor, and has a really nice effect, especially in Mardu vampires. I'm also hoping for Exquisite Blood or Sanguine Bond, but not both. Exsanguinate seems likely as well. Bloodghast might be the card I want the most; it needs a reprint and it's one of my favorites.
If Cats have an equipment subtheme I would like to see either Darksteel Plate or the Kaldra cycle of equipment, and hopefully steelshaper's gift.

The Kaldra cycle would be great, it would be nice to have a token for him too. But not very on theme. I do hope that the themes aren't super tight, including enough side stuff for people who don't want a cat deck (or dragon or vampire...) would help out the product a lot so I can see them doing it.

If they don't want a Cat or Dragon or Vampire deck, then this product is probably not going to be for them. The theme is tribal, the cards are going to be geared towards tribal.

Although I agree with you, I think he's just hoping that the decks aren't necessarily parasitic and offer cards that lend themselves to other commander decks not directly involved with tribal.
For example, Ramos, Dragon Engine from C17 fits a few different themes. Dragons, five color, counters, artifacts... While still being part of the Dragon tribe, Ramos offers a bit more.
I can understand that. I'm hoping for a GW Zaliki Cat Shaman legend that incorporates lifegain and card draw.

Yes, that.
Aether Mutation, artifact Mutation, aura Mutation, and death Mutation are all great saproling cards for a saproling deck, but they are also generally good cards for any deck that can run them (yes some better than others).
Many of the new dragon cards fall into this category and many of the old cat cards are equipment matters cards so there could be an equipment sub theme to the cat deck...
I like tribal decks, but a deeper pool of cards lets me build not only the tribal deck I want to build but also build or augment several other decks (token makers in my Rhys deck and my Teysa deck, equipment in my helmsmasher deck, etc). Wizards knows this and designs accordingly. That was all I was saying.

Seeing as the tribes are shaping up to be Dragons, Cats, Vampires, and Wizards, I could see some overlap cards like Dragon Mage, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, and Vampiric Dragon. We might see cards like Mirri the Cursed and Duskmantle Seer that are technically tribal overlaps but can't be played in both decks (the Cat deck doesn't have black and the Vampire deck most likely doesn't have blue). That said, I could see Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge being reprinted in UBR Wizards to give blue Vampire fans a legend to build around much as is being done with Wasitora and black or red Cats, though personally I would hope for a new UBR Vampire Wizard, perhaps Runo Stromkirk, who plays better in a tribal deck.

Definately agree with that theory we will get each tribe mixed into each other
For dragons
Wasitora three was never ever ben a cat dragon till now. vampiric dragon for vampires dragon mage or either Niv-Mizzet for wizards (the mage is more likely)

Beyond artifacts and land, each deck is probably going to have mostly individual reprints to maximize on tribal benefits. The Dragons deck will probably have stuff like Dragonlord's Prerogative, Silumgar's Scorn, and Sarkhan's Triumph. Depending on the prevalence of the Equipment theme, Cats may have Equipment like Stoneforge Masterwork and Blade of Selves, not to mention choice reprints like Basilisk Collar. Vampires will probably get stuff like Feast of Blood and Blade of the Bloodchief. Our fourth deck, it's hard to say right now.

As for other cards, expect lords for each tribe. Captivating Vampire is likely for the vampire deck, Cradle of Fire for the dragon deck, and Regal Caracal for the cat deck. And depending on the dragons, cards like Dragon Fodder and Beetleback Chief are likely for it. I also expect cost reducers in the dragon deck, such as Dragonspeaker Shaman and Dragonlord's Servant.

For dragons
Wasitora three was never ever ben a cat dragon till now.
vampiric dragon for vampires
dragon mage or either Niv-Mizzet for wizards (the mage is more likely)
For vampire
Mirri the Cursed for cat
vampiric dragon or a new dragon for dragon
Viscera Seer or Asylum Visitor for wizard
For cat
Same as dragon but a WG dragon cat instead
Needs another new card probably a white cat vampire
Qasali Pridemage or Leonin Battlemage or wizard
for wizards (mostly likely are winner at this point because of the card sleeve art and grixis is more than good)
dragon mage or either Niv-Mizzet for dragon (niv mizzet is more likely for this)
Duskmantle Seer or Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge for vampire
We need a cat wizard that has one to all of the grixis colors
If the Cat deck is token heavy, I could see Populate spells like Growing Ranks. Ranks works well with Dragon tokens, too.
