This is serious ***** though. I have a Panharmonicon in my Breya deck and in tandem with Mirrorworks its just insane.
Yes Mirrorworks is insane with it. Just trying to get the best possible interactions together is rough. So much I can do and can't put it all together.
Yeah don't use Mirrorworks if you don't have an artifact focus though. Forgotten One makes a good point about Riku but Roon makes it easier to reuse the etb effects. Riku might make Conjurer's Closet better because of that reason.
You also want some enablers besides Roon. The two best are Deadeye Navigator and Eldrazi Displacer. After those two, you'll want to look at Mistmeadow Witch and Conjuror's Closet. The Witch is Handy because it can target creatures you don't control, so you can exile pesky creatures your opponents controls until end of turn, or protect one that is helping you more than your opponents. You should also consider creatures that blink, like Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel. Those may only give you a single blink trigger, but of course it doubles with Panharmonicon, making it that much easier to abuse or even go infinite. The Guardian is even better than untapping a permanent, too, because it works on any permanent, including your opponents, so it has a lot more potential. And throw in a Gilded Lotus too. It goes infinite with Deadeye, and either an untapping dude, or Felidar. Lastly, I would include one dude that returns a permanent to your hand, as a final protection and to reuse something like the aforementioned World Breaker.
EDIT: Don't forget one of the best cards Bant colors gives you: Wargate. I LOVE that card so much. It's amazing. Sometimes, it's 3 mana for any land in your deck. Sometimes, it goes and gets your biggest, baddest permanent. It's so awesome.
I think any commander you want that has synergy with Panharmonicon could compete with your meta as described. I'm biased towards Roon of the Hidden Realm, and I think a list like that could do well in your meta. Meren of Clan Nel Toth, when built properly, can be very difficult to combat, but I'd just increase the number of exile effects I use in order to have a better game plan against them.
Whatever you do make sure you play a deck with blue for Faerie Artisans. You get everyone's ETBs. Four times. (Their creature entering causes faerie to trigger twice and each of the tokens trigger twice).
Sun Titan? Duplicant? Mulldrifter? Don't mind if I do.

Option 2: Blink The second option. Basically a "blink deck" is any deck that recurs ETB triggers, so this includes things like Animar or decks that run repeatable reanimation effects.
Option 3: Sharuum Tutor up both halves of a combo at once.
Option 4: Ruric Thar Basically a Ruric Thar deck (and this includes Animar and Mayael and the like) leans toward creatures, and as such its spell effects tend to be stapled on creatures as well.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Riku of Two Reflections is the clear winner in the Panharmonicon contest at least in my opinion. Cast a Coiling Oracle and copy it for 4 total mana, get 4 activations. throw in Cloudstone Curio watch things get dumber. Cast a spell you want to copy, then copy it with Dualcaster Mage copied, making 5 copies of that spell, curio the original dualcaster back to hand, continue until you have no mana and 30 copies of Bribery on the stack.
A multiplayer victory has to exist beyond simply beating your opponent, there has to be a mutual enjoyment of everyone involved. If you win the game and everyone else is miserable then you've still lost. What gets played is irrelevant.
i think you have mistaken roon for something else. Roon does not make tokens.
No, but Prossh does. I was amending my assertion that Prossh doesn't work with Panharmonicon. Prossh doesn't due to being a cast trigger. The tokens he creates (along with Impact Tremors and Purphoros, God of the Forge) do interact with Panharmonicon pretty well.
If I had my way, I would build it for 5 colors, as an Alluren-style deck, abusing Imperial Recruiter/Recruiter of the Guard to toolbox your whole deck. If you are going Bant, I would highly recommend Derevi, Empyrial Tactician as 1. he already has an etb, 2. goes infinite relatively easily with Panharmonicon, and 3. always gives you something to do throughout the entire game (4 mana fog/3 mana blocker/tap down colored sources on upkeep, list goes on...).
Derevi also doesn't make your entire deck rely on ETBs, just incase a Torpor Orb comes in to ruin your day.
A cool card to go into any of these decks is Azami, Lady of Scrolls because its not an ETB that is foiled by Torpor Orb, loves getting untapped by Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Seedborn Muse, helps many ETB creatures by giving additional value (Trinket Mage and friends), and you are basically never unhappy to have it laying around.
Make sure you play at least 2 or 3 answers to Torpor Orb and Humility (these are really popular near me), so don't always rely on Reclamation Sage.
Best of luck with the deck! Don't be surprised when people complain about your "ETB: the Gathering" deck =)

I have bee playing a guy lately who goes off by Casting Avenger of zendiakr with Purphy and Panharmonicon on field. Averaging about 10 lands, so he gets 20 tokens that do 4 damage each thanks to purphy. So 80 damage.

Actually, you would have to pay GGGUUU to copy it twice and get six triggers, but you could use traditional green doublers. (Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, Primal Vigor)
I like Animar for the same reason you listed. Similar colors but with a cost reduction instead of a clone for the kicker.

Loving the ideas. Thanks for all the input. I currently have lists made for Roon, Animar, Riku, Prossh and Brago. Currently seeing which one I like the most and comparing against my meta. Feel free to give input on the choices.
One of the guys in my playgroup has a Venser, Shaper Savant deck, and Panharmonicon is the card he tutors for first every game - it lets Venser bounce the spell or permanent you're answering and himself, basically giving you a 4 mana repeatable counter/removal spell.
Whatever you do, make sure you add non-ETB ways to remove Torpor Orb and/or Hushwing Gryff.

What would your suggestions be based on the following meta I play against. Deck 1 Meren of Clan Nel Toth Deck 2Vial Smasher the Fierce Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper Deck 3 Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder Thrasios, Triton Hero and Deck 4 Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper?

Salt is part of the game. Deal with it.
Why would anyone mention Momir? Because he tutors whatever etb creature you need, I guess?

Option 1: Tokens Depending on your colors, you can get a lot of cards like Aura Shards, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Warstorm Surge, Cathars' Crusade, Mana Echoes, Mentor of the Meek, Suture Priest, you get the idea. As a bonus, creatures that produce tokens upon ETB like Deranged Hermit produce more tokens now. You will believe in getting eighteen +1/+1 counters every turn in Ezuri, Claw of Progress with just a three-card combo.
Option 2: Blink The second option. Basically a "blink deck" is any deck that recurs ETB triggers, so this includes things like Animar or decks that run repeatable reanimation effects.
