Good point on Blood Moon. Will get an Island back in. And yes, Echoing Truth would be better as well, thank you.
Played another friendly 4 Game Ones vs. Jund yesterday for some practice. Went 1-3 in those Game ones. The matchup just is bad Game one with my all in list. Oddly enough the one win was off an Ulamog cheat out after getting stuck with Emrakul in hand and no Faithless Lootings. And yes Mass Hysteria can backfire easily. Sitting at 11 life with just a 4/5 Goyf on board. Bolt to 8, Goyf #2 now both at 5/6, attack for 10, lights out. I will need more testing and for now it may be the first cards boarded out after every game one.

Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Looking at that last comment concerning wear and tear, as its a fuse card, made me think... What's the best way to get tokens into play?
I can strongly suggest making this deck into a fusion expertise deck. Turn 3 or 4 you can make 4 1/1 flying tokens and draw 4 cards. Or make 7 1/1 tokens. These little guys can take over a game. But not only that you are giving yourself poly targets while setting up your board.
Or you can mill the top of your deck. If you happen to hit one of your bombs you put it into play and probably shuffle your graveyard into your library. If you wiff then just take their best guy in their yard.
Thoughts?
Agreed. Similar strategy but 2 distinct builds and play styles. Those builds need way more fatties run in them. I've picked up some of the pieces to put a deck like that together but they need like 4 Emrakul, 4 Griselbrand and a host of different support cards. Fun, similar in a way, but FAR different in execution. Good luck if you decide to build it.

so are you missing faithless looting? I think mass hysteria is nice but the multi card combo may not work, too many pieces to put together.
Haha I know this won't work, but funny would it be if we were able to fling emrakul lol

Can't agree with you there. I'm not suggesting that you drastically change this deck either. I'm suggesting the use of expertise to make the tokens while digging for poly and creativity at the same time.
It is rather slow here (we have 2-mana token generators) and if you want to draw cards you need to add Beck // Call as well which means you need Kari Zev's Expertise as well to reliably "fuse" it or Brain in a Jar and so on which would take a lot of slots in the deck.
It will be just a worse "Polymorph/Indomitable Creativity deck" or a worse "Breaking // Entering Expertise" deck.
You just dillute each version by merging them and lose consistentcy by drawing the wrong half of the deck.
For example, with only 3x fatties Breaking // Entering will whiff much more than in the versions that run 8/9 creatures.
Having a hand with expertise spells and polymorph spells will do nothing or hand with fuse spells and polymorph spells or rituals.
Playtest it and you'll see.
A combo deck needs to be as focused as possible to work and throwing in two combo's means you are less likely to assemble any of them.
^^^^^Exactly what D90Dennis14 says. Do what he says, playtest it and see. The two strategies do NOT mesh well. Combo decks need to be focused. He speaks the truth.
A Fuse Combo deck needs to look something like this. Notice the density of creatures to be able to hit the combo. Technically even it could whiff. Ours if set up properly will NEVER whiff unless countered.
so are you missing faithless looting? I think mass hysteria is nice but the multi card combo may not work, too many pieces to put together.

No, all 4 are still in the 60. Current list is in Post #52. Just cheated out an Ulamog versus Burn on turn 4 yesterday WITH Mass Hysteria played on turn 2 (for the win). Funny that Goblin Guide and Swiftspear gain nothing due to Mass Hysteria in that matchup.

so that was a interesting concept but I feel like faster the combo goes off less likely your opponent has a chance to answer it. I do like the concept of just worrying for a turn 4 morph and having options like nahiri as another option.
Just curious, I know we are solid on the creature ulamog and emrakul but would you ever thin k grave titan would be interesting, he enters the battlefield making two extra tokens, for future morphs or allows us to go wide. If we added black, ran bitterblossom instead of krenko's command, a little hand control and the maybe grave titan.
Red white and just keep wiping the board with pyroclasm, slagstorm, and wrath of God.
Eventually you draw the combo and win.
That is one strategy for sure. But what about versus creature light combo? Lantern Control, Ad Nauseam, Valakut Breach, etc.? They won't care and may be FAR faster. Post up a build, I always like to see what can be brewed up.
Just played a couple more games vs. Burn this morning. Went off turn 6 at 1 life with a double creativity into Emmy and Ulamog with Mass Hysteria on the board. Wow was that crazy awesome. Annihilator 10, attack for 25, near rage quit scoop. Next game went off turn 3 into Emrakul. Opponent scoops after their draw. GG Livin' the Dream. Won't happen always though.
but would you ever thin k grave titan would be interesting
Opponents can play through/around GT easily. He gets stuck in your graveyard as well. I'm sticking with the Big 4 so to speak, Emmy, Ulamog, Worldspine Wurm and Blightsteel Colossus. They all can be stuck back into your library to combo off again, Grave Titan is a one shot. Interesting for sure, but there could possibly be better choices in black like Griselbrand.

I usually take out rituals for relevant interaction, the more resistence I expect (or if I need to interact to survive and combo off) the more interaction I bring.
The next cards I SB out are See Beyond (usually for Izzet Charm) and some copies of Raise the Alarm (as I'm less likely to cast them than the red token generators).
I think that having White as my splash gives me some free wins against decks that I would have no chance beating (without a "nut draw") especially on the draw, like: Stony Silence against "Affinity" (or "Lantern"/"Tron") and Rest in Peace against "Dredge"/"Death's Shadow" (and "Jund"/"Abzan") and Leyline of Sanctity against "Burn" and "Valakut"/"Storm" and other random decks with discard and direct damage.
I've also replaced Dispel with Swan Song for more versatility and I usually either win big or lose so the 2/2 Swan doesn't matter that much.
I also want to find a better SB option than Izzet Charm but it can come in as either extra removal or counterspell and the flexibility can be useful.
Red white and just keep wiping the board with pyroclasm, slagstorm, and wrath of God.

Sideboard in all the tricks that white has to offer like leylines and counterspell and fogs to survive.
In my limited amount of testing versus Jund and Burn (in paper) not a lot of SB yet. Mass Hysteria usually comes out first for Dispel or Echoing Truth. I will try to switch things up with Emmy/Ulamog depending on what opponent has seen. Either Ulamog/WW or Emmy/Blightsteel. But I haven't been Surgical Extraction in limited games yet. My version is so narrow right now there isn't a lot to do. I can see a Jeskai version having much more to do. Go with what typical Jeskai color decks do I would think. Sorry I can't help more.
Swan Song may get added to my SB as you suggest as well. Either replacing or as an addition to Dispel. May drop the Charm or PtD count for a couple. Very versatile card.

Haven't watched the videos but the deck stumbled and went 0-6. He comments about it whiffing too. Hitting a Hierarch or Bird or Carytid is just flat out bad. I'm going to say it, Creative Polymorph DOES NOT WHIFF/MISS. Sure it can be countered or interrupted, but if it goes off a big game changer is going to hit the board. In NO way would I want to add that to this deck. I think he had some bad luck and I think it could be refined more with some different cards.
Back to Creative Polymorph…
Swan Song will be in my SB as a 3 or 4. Not only does it counter to protect your combo there is the rare case that if Night of Souls' Betrayal is on the board, you can cast your token sorcery (or another I/S/E), counter it with Swan Song and get a 2/2 bird for yourself. Fighting through the -1/-1 to get a token to combo seems really good. I'm thinking a 4 of right now.

I feel like game 2 needs another wincon like elspeth or Geist. I played a few games last night against a creature zoo deck and I wanted board wipes and elspeth was huge once he landed a a cage. I played a blue tron deck and I got wrecked.
I'm still testing versus Burn with good results. UR Creative Polymorph can just be faster. A small handful of turn 3 combos into a turn 4 win have been fun. I need more testing and I'm going to run against GX Tron next.
Blue can be problematic, why I'm wanting to run Swan Song in addition to Dispel to protect the combo and token spells. Annihilator is our board wipe. Protect the combo, get the board wipe. Not sure how Geist of St. Traft will be another win con. He can be played around easily as well. A planeswalker could be the way to go. Doesn't hit Polymorph or Creativity. I'm not worried about Grafdigger's Cage. The big 4 I run don't get to the GY at all. So if you are looking for another win con try Blightsteel Colossus with protection.
I have been able to drop Mass Hysteria a few games. Care is needed as to when and what deck you are up against. But I have attacked with a hasted Emmy and Ulamog in testing on turn 4. I am of the opinion that whatever you cheat into play needs to be a BOMB. If you are looking to wipe I suppose there are creatures like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Terastodon and Ashen Rider that would give you spot removal on ETB.
Just a few other creatures I'm considering for the toolbox SB would be…
They all could have their uses versus certain decks. I need more testing.
Boseiju is probably going down to 2 copies SB. Ghost Quarter +2 may be needed or even Desolate Lighthouse. Peer Through Depths and Izzet Charm may be reduced or go. Lastly I'm considering Not of this World in the SB as a "free" protection spell versus Path.

I agree with you Dennis and war machine. I'm just thinking back to dark depths and how that deck was already busted then someone decided to put thopter foundry in there and things got REALLY busted. You can "Fling" Emrakul with Brion Stoutarm, but Emrakul is usually good enough as it is.
Here is an idea for a more controlling version of the deck:
http://www.starcitygames.com/article/34627_The-Brewer-Mailbag.html
I'm not sure it'll actually work though as it seems like a worse version of "Jeskai Harbinger".

1x Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre

1x Emrakul, the Promised End
Sorcery (24)
3x Sram's Expertise
4x Kari Zev's Expertise
4x See Beyond
4x Polymorph
2x Indomitable Creativity
4x Beck//Call
3x Breaking//Entering
4x Raise the Alarm
4x Rituals

3x Steam Vents
1x Sacred Foundry
4x Forbidden Orchard
2x Hallowed Fountain
1x Island

Something along the lines of this. Obviously numbers need to be tweaked.

Maybe Burn at the Stake can be an alternative finisher with some tokens.
