I'd definitely put Blood Moon over Wear//Tear for Boros. tbh, Wear//Tear is only slightly better than Disenchant in the first place, and it's not really the reason you splash red, I'd consider verdict as being similar for that matter, and do people even splash for Leak?
As a side note, while it is obviously it's own animal, if I were to splash green, I'd do it for a glittering wish package, and not really Rallier.
I use Blue for D-Sphere and Verdict, which are just upgrades over cards available in White. I rarely use black for discard effects, as well. The black splash is almost exclusively for Orzhov Charm, which hasn't been as strong as in the past. It's making me consider dropping it for just a UW build.
i was wondering
1) is Settle the Wreckage really that bad? I mean, yes, it gives basic per creature, but when you look on top of metagame: Eldrazi tron - 2 wastes, Grixis Death's Shadow - 2(+-1) basics, Burn - who cares, its win anyway, Abzan - 4 tops, Affinity - 1, Elves - 3, mabye 4. Is hitting only attacking creatures not worth making it instant? it's usually enough to stabilise anyway, and NOBODY expects it so they don't play around it (at least until they see it once)
2) can't Deadeye Tracker function as little Scavenging Ooze? Tutorable
3) is there any synergistic CA engine in black?
P.S. i am testing one Settle instead of ***, it seems good so far
Below are cards that I find to be viable for proc. For the most part I tried to put the staples up top with flex or tech cards towards the bottom. Also some cards are obviously playable in any version, I included them with their respective colors as they are easier to cast in that version.
Black has some tech cards and lets you pay black phyrexian mana. (last few are playable in all just better with black)
A big issue with Settle is that it's not an instant in the way you want it to be. You rarely can ever hit things the turn they come into play, and you can't use it as an instant speed way to disrupt combo. Given these conditions, you really aren't ever going to be hitting any extra things compared to regular wrath, meanwhile, you end up missing against the myriad of utility creatures that don't want to attack into you, and the ability to use it as a one off way to kill some creature before they untap with it. That's not to mention the potential for them to play around it once they know your packing it.
Tracker is interesting, I'm not in black, but it does strike me has having potential, probably worth testing in some capacity. Being non-white does hurt a LOT though.
Since you guys are always like at 40 something life, why not just play Chalice of Life, it'll transform the minute it comes into play, and gives you another clock to beat. it's also an artifact so it's harder to get rid of.
Mainly because it's not a white card for Martyr, it doesn't come back either by Emeria OR by Proclamation of Rebirth, and the beater side is not better than an active Serra Ascendant anyway.
It's a piece that works with one part of the synergies that make the deck run, but not the other main one, and it's a lot less efficient to boot.

Well, I can saw a woman in two, but you won't wanna look in the box when I'm through.
I have run Chalice as a meta card for my fnm in the sideboard to have a cheap threat for control to have to deal with that comes back with Sun Titan. It was mediocre at best so I cut it. If you want three mana threats try Gideon, Geist, or Mirran Crusader
If you run 2 weathered wayfarer and surgical extraction in the board you can win pretty handily. Eldrazi tron is pretty easy to beat with our deck so I'll assume you mean og Tron. Sideboard cards that are good against Tron are Stony silence, surgical, and hex parasite if you're mono white. Crucible of worlds replacing the 24th land helps too. I play 4 ghost quarters and recently swapped 1 tectonic edge for the new land destruction.
Ghost Quarter a tron land. Surgical Extraction it. Hope they don't draw enough lands to hard cast their threats before you get a land destruction lock or kill them
Stony Silence is good against Walking Ballista, Expedition Map, Ratchet Bomb (they bring it from side), Relic of Progenitus, Basilisk Collar and Mind Stone.
We should have Stony Silence in the sideboard.
The biggest trump card from Eldrazi Tron it's All is Dust. Without it, they have hard time to deal with Gideon, Sun Titan and Elspeth.
I think this version of Martyr's build is weaker than others. Bu the way of using new cards and evolving of build looks correct.
It remembers me old weenine style Martyr.
2 Ghost quarter against Land based decks. With Renegade ralliers they're awesome.
Less Supreme Verdict in main bcs of more spell based decks and I want 2nd Supreme in side against TKS. Cast Out is one of the best removals after Path to exile. Kami of Flase Hope against random All in agro decks and random Infect decks. Also helpfull against Affinity without any Prison in deck. Also you can always trade Kami for other stuff on Grave with Renegade Rallier.
Is Serra Ascendant really so expandable? What i like about W martyr (in my case WB) is, that it can sometimes switch to super aggresive deck with Serra T1, T2 martyr - sac and attack with 6/6. Dispite having strong late game, some decks, especially in g2 with gravehate, can overpower it. Being able to switch to aggro is most useful. You cant hope to win late against tron, some versions of Titanshift with Prismatic Omen, storm etc.
Glittering wish utillity package seems good. I love these cards (best engine imo Mystical Teachings). Can you give expamples what match up's are better with it?
Karametra seems too cute on 5cmc imho. I can't imagine where it helps being creature. With 7 devotion you're prob winning anyway. Maybe try Hour of Promise ?
On other note:
I see why having Nahiri, the Harbinger must be awesome. I tried to solve problem of closing game without going more 4 cmc cards. I hate that feeling when you look at your opening hand and you see 2 Rangers and Wrath, and you're like - do i get to turn 5 to actually do something? I tried to give my deck options to close out game without hindering main plan. That means adding 3 Gideon of the Trials which is fog big creature or 5 turn clock. Blood Baron of Vizkopa on top of curve. With 30+ life, protect from path, he is monster. 1 Godsend in flex slot to make attacking for opp very bad and getting in for 4 with hawk. Finally adding 1 Figure of Destiny for Ranger. Shambling vent proved to be worth entering tapped.
I am used to play true control decks with 4 snaps and 30 instants. That means i am not used to have autolose matchup's. But that is how tron feels. Is there tech to deal with it?

4 Ghost Quarters, Crucible of Worlds and Aven Mindcensor can help. Sideboard Stony Silence. Eldrazi creatures die to Wrath. Oblivion Ring etc. can answer planeswalkers, but All is dust and Oblivion Stone can be rough if you have many white permanents in play.
Sry for long waiting!
Karametra ramps unreally well with bunch of hawks/inspectors. Turns on Mistveil plan very fast and improves our topdecks.
Also she won some games as creature when opponent didn't have good attacks and blocks and was slowly loosing board.
Also was very helpfull against blood moon decks when I played 3/3 split of Ralliers and Prisons.
Venser is great - grinds, can protect himself same turn if you have path and helps to kill opponent/plansewalker throug blokers.
Ultimated few times against midrange decks and instawin.
Ascendant isn't flying early anyhow with such painfull manabase and in lategame we have better treats than Ascendant.
Answering the same time second question - Wishboard gives us option to have turn 3 hate on most combo decks in format and we're can win first game if we have Wish.
Also Wish resolves current problem of format - big diversity and we can exchange Wish for a card we need now. Other words - we have less dead cards.
Karametra is really strong. Explained about her in previous post.
Hour is very bad card. Can't cast it for 3 in mostly all sitautions and in 6cmc Wrathes we have better cards.
Defend your manabase, not to lost landdrops each turn, land destroy plan, option to play lands from grave while discarding them.
About matchups: against land based decks, LotV decks and against controls. (each turn Tec edge against control is very brutal)
Sometimes we use it in main as 24th land but I prefet it as SB plan and add manlands in manabase instead.
