I completely forgot about Draconic Roar, how well does it fare in your deck @taheenmage? Also, how have you felt about the 1-of Sarkhan in your list? I have one lying around that I was considering adding as a 5th stormbreath that resists terminate and as an additional removal option.
I like the 3 to the field and 3 to the dome effect. I wouldn't play more than 2 since you won't always have a dragon in hand. I usually just use Sarkhan as another dragon beater, and in that role he has been great.

Why take skred out vs zoo/death's shadow? The deck isn't that fast and it's really only bad vs death's shadow itself everything else we can respond to the abilities/triggers to shoot them while they're still small.

I agree. Casting double bolt/skred/dismember on a death's shadow seems like better value than trying to get lucky with pithing needle.
true, pithing needle is not the most excellent of cards. the reason why i choose to took it out is it is relatively slow against them and chalice of the void. i want to reduce collateral damage. anyway, didn't do well in the WMCQ. 2-7... grixis delver and burn are hard match-up.
Yeah. It's kinda sad that Skred itself isn't enough for most of this stuff. This is one of the reasons I switched to MD Relics, and also still run Reckoners which can at least trade.
Grixis is weird... We're favored in the matchup, but its kind of like jund where there are games where we get crushed and feel like its an impossible matchup, and games where we do the crushing and it feels like an unlosable matchup. Luckily, its more often that we do the crushing than not. Terminate is really good, and early angler/tasigur is very difficult to deal with if you don't have Roast.
Both my grixis delve match, tasigur came out as early as turn2-3. I used dismember. Maybe I should run roast in retrospect. The life loss is an advantage to them. They played around the blood moon, therefore it doesn't have a lock effect on them. I grind them out using batterskull though. Koth will be good as well. However they will just counter it. So I can't said for sure if it is good or bad.ratchet bomb is good vs some match up but too slow in some. Might put it back in sb. Chalice is good and make my play awkward. Might change it to dragon''s claw instead. I think infect should be a good match up since we have quite a fair bit of removal, chalice might not be necessary.instead of grafdigger''s cage in sb I will run relic again. Gdd is good but clunky in many match up. I guess I can't hate them all lol being salty lol
I haven't really run into the deck much, but I can't imagine they fight well against Reckoner. Skred on turn 4 still seems good. And before that, I imagine Blood Moon or Molten Rain create some serious problems for them.

But delver should be a cake walk for literally any skred list.
