Don't you want to try Kozilek, the Great Distortion instead of Emrakul? He's good vs mentioned matches coz of his conter spell ability. He can protect himself from Path to Exile and also protects you from burn spells.
By the way, if there are a lot of burns and affinity, why don't you play Lightning Bolts?
Hi CrustTeg, thx for the feedback,
Here in my city the agro-decks are on the rise ,so i prefer the New Em because besides having a massive body he can block creatures with flying since the ABZAN uses a lot of Lingering Souls and in addition the New Em is very good against combo decks like Ad Nauseam and Grishoalbrand besides giving me a huge Advantage over BANT ELDRAZI since this deck uses 4x Path to Exile and would allow me to use to exile some reality smasher or even a TKS whith She's ability(Yes my friend I am predicting several Bant Eldrazi's and I hate soo much this deck ).
Anyway it's just a test, in case the New Em is not as efficient as I think, I can test New Koz for sure, by the way how's the new Kozilek, the Great Distortion doing on your deck, has it worked well??
Regarding, Kozilek's Return, in my opinion is better than Lightning Bolt, since besides having an early game advantage killing Birds, Nobles, Merfolks in general and etc, if I cast an eldrazi I will probably clean the opponent's entire board, which is wonderful against the aggro Decks.

We shouldn't be relying on a ten-drop to save us against Burn. Quite often they will have us dead before we could ever cast it, let alone hope we get the draws we need to counter what they can cast. Emrakul TPE is nice in some corner cases (it was amazing as an out to Greater Gargadon when Dredge still played them), but as good as pro-instants and borrowing a turn can be, I have found that they still aren't as consistent as I'd like. Ulamog TCH has proven itself as the best top-end threat we can play for awhile now, and if what we're worried about are decks like the usual fast aggro and combo decks beating us, we need tools that can come down more quickly.
Thought-Knot Seer is great against fast aggro, combo, and even control. As a sideboard card, I've lost count of the number of times this has won me games by itself. Turn 3-4 this is holding the board down, resisting most removal (or drawing it to stick your real threats, in the case of Path), or stopping a combo kill. One of the first cards my opponents have sided out as of late after the first game? Fatal Push. TKS is only dead in this deck against Blood Moon, and it does kind of nonbo with Kozilek's Return, but there aren't many decks we could face where that really becomes a problem.
Speaking of Kozilek's Return, I've been pleasantly surprised with the 2-2 split with Pyroclasm. The instant speed has been great, and the repop trigger is fantastic against Grixis Control and Bant Eldrazi (both on the upswing), as it hits everything they have virtually uncounterably. The ability to hit it off Stirrings is less important early, but still nice, and it has allowed me to stuff sided headaches like Burrenton Forge-Tender on occasion. I only really don't like the fact that it's a turn slower than Clasm, but it really hasn't come into play with the split so far. The fact that it allows you to interact early as well as nearly always be a two-for-one or better, makes it a solid performer against much of the field.
Last night I went 4-0:
2-0 vs. Abzan Company (unlucky opponent; completely whiffed on CoCo)
2-0 vs. Bant Eldrazi (fairly stock; Koz's Return is gross here)
2-0 vs. Grixis Control (w/Blood Moon out of the board)
2-1 vs. Faeries (lost a game to early Ghost Quarter/Surgical Extraction while I had no Relic to counter)
Admittedly, this is a bit softer to Burn than I usually play. However, I have found that, as much as I like Thragtusk, it's often too slow to make a difference. Last week I had a great line of Tusk into WCE...they just Skullcracked, Atarka's Commanded, and Destructive Revelried me out of the game. WCE is much better against anything not packing Path, and we beat most Path decks anyway. Thragtusk can be good against Merfolk as well, but those are few and far between here, and we have other tools to play around them. The card I want in against Burn is Feed the Clan, but it's just way too specific to only that match.
WCE often locks the board up or brings me back into the game with that huge life swing, plus it's safer against Revelry and sided Deflecting Palm with Nature's Claim to split it while gaining life. TKS is a solid backup there as well for all of the reasons I listed previously, and our meta is seeing a bit more combo deck play.
Ive been playing this deck for almost 2 years now and been in WMCQs, GPQs, SCG IQs, PPTQs live and a number of leagues online.. unfortunately haven't really nailed down one, some due to bad matchups in top8 and some split, 70%+ i normally make top8.
pre probe banning im consistently having losses mainly on infect and pump decks alike and burn because they are very common modo and live.. now after banning im personally having to think only how to beat burn, if i can solve that puzzle it think i can increase my winrate (i do have 3 flex spots).
i tried most sb but burn have some insane turns with GGs and Eidolons, its very hard to recover and mostly wins if they have a bad hand. swinging wurmcoil also is risky due to the deflecting palm.
im close to brining in kitchen finks or kor firewalker but yeah double color for tron is so challenging... i will try sun droplet more this next few days. has anybody tried this?

Sun Droplet is too slow, especially since they are magnets for their ample artifact hate. If you have three slots, and you really want to have a chance against Burn, Feed the Clan is hard to top. Thought-Knot Seer is also surprisingly good (especially if you're worried about Deflecting Palm), and FtC together with TKS is backbreaking if you can find the room.
Nature's Claim, Karn, and even World Breaker or Ulamog can also help against Palm; with Claim, you can pop your WCE in response (also nice against Smash to Smithereens/Destructive Revelry/Path to Exile), and the other cards can remove their white sources. I recommend removing everything that costs more than seven mana against Burn most of the time post-board though.

I do think that if you re afraid of burn and other aggro or combo decks you should play GB tron.
Brutality is a real all star against beurn.
Adding fatal push in the SB helps à lot too.
Brutality + Fp + thragstuk + ww + claims = gg
Agree but GB didn't work for me or not fit for me, i find push very delimiting and not really that easy to trigger revolt. Collective brutality is awesome.

I think there really is a synergy between Thought-Knot Seer and Feed the Clan since I can take threats with TKS (for example Skullcrack on burn and several good cards against combo decks) and still gain enough life against Burn.
I believe that despite the changes the deck remains strong against aggro decks, it is strong against combos, and i also see Thragtusk as a very slow card and wiht TKS we can protect ourselves in game 2 from deflecting palm too, before attack the opponent.
I think GB Tron with 4 Fatal Push and 4 Collective Brutality MD is the way to go. Fatal Push is just really awesome removal that is maindeckable because nearly everyone in this format plays creatures of some kind.

I agree Tanukimo, 8 slots in Main Deck is just too much for cut on any tron deck.
GW and especially GB are better choices if you expect to face a lot of Burn and fast combo, honestly. I prefer GR admittedly because I am very comfortable with it, and because it is the best at stopping decks that go wide (especially with how prevalent Abzan, Bant Eldrazi, and Grixis Control have been lately).
This lowers the curve considerably, while maintaining roughly the same threat density. I leave one Ulamog to fetch off of Sanctum if my life total is out of topdeck range to cut them off of one or even two colors, or to knock off their ability to attack me. Karn is still surprisingly relevant for similar reasons, though we should prioritize TKS and WCE most of the time.
Ugin and O-Stone are just too slow here, and World Breaker is usually a turn four card due to the green mana in its cost. You could certainly make the case for keeping in one WB instead of a single Ulamog, but man does he pin the board down when he sticks.
Relic is virtually pointless here, and Warping Wail is typically a bit too conditional to be reliable against Naya Burn.
Today i will try out my GW variant with 3 Paths and 2 Ghostly prisons main. I think ghostly prisons can work kinda like kozilek's return (in the form of buying time) in the white variants vs aggro decks.

All 4 Karn should go out against Burn IMO. Warping Wail is very good OTP, decent OTD.
How do we approach the Cheeri0s matchup?
I feel like I need to put 4 bolts in the sideboard just to keep their board clear of Puresteel Paladin and Sram, Senior Edificer.
Game one feels unwinnable.
Game two is rough, even after bringing in 4 Nature's Claim to pop Mox Opal.
All 4 Karn should go out against Burn IMO. Warping Wail is very good OTP, decent OTD.
Depending on what the Burn player is packing, I still do this from time to time. The ability to interact early is crucial, where WW has more likelihood to do something before we die. My main issue with it is that it only connects with about a fifth of their deck (Rift Bolt, Lava Spike, and Swiftspear), so there are plenty of times it will be a blank.
Karn can rip last-push damage spells from hands, color screw opponents, knock out attackers, bait damage through redirection, and combine with Sanctum to help get ahead. Of course, sometimes landing him even on turn three is just too late.
The number of times I have had Karn in hand and lost (or even just wish he was something else) is less than the same ratio with Wail, simply put. This is far from set in stone, though, so do whatever works best for you.
Hello everyone. New player whith beginners questions here. Sorry if this is already covered.
Why is Primeviel Titan not good enough? It is and absolute powwehouse in my lagacy 12-post deck.
Why is there no Anger of the Gods? Seems like it is a awesome card.
Respectfully
fair question. there's a couple of reasons, but the basic gist is that we con't have much coloured mana available. Primeval Titan is fantastic, but unlike in valakut decks, it doesn't really *do* much here. we just ramp some more, and thin the deck. unfortunately that's not very good. also, getting GG on turn 3 off mine, tower and power-plant is basically impossible. it would be a much later play and doesn't help us to be proactive. anger of the gods is in a similar boat. we rarely have RR abailable on turn 3, so in this deck it's just worse than the other, more consistent alternatives like pyroclasm, kozilek's return and firespout.
the entire deck is basically setup to try and drop a big colourless threat on turn 3, with minimal fuss and maximum consistency. usually this is Karn Liberated, but wurmcoil engine does a very good job, and newcomer Planar Bridge has put up some embarrassingly easy wins for me lately as well. we don't want to be finding ourselves with 7 available on turn 3, but nothing to cast. such would be the issue with titan, i'm afraid.

I've tried bridge fairly extensively in xmage and 9 times out of 10 it just rotted in my hand while I cast creatures with ETB effects. Also drawing Emrakul felt pretty bad. The few times I was able to cast bridge it felt like a win-more card. I was putting them in my relic slot but I think I'm back to relics. Glad they are working out for some people, and I agree that the card deserved to be tested, but I wasn't impressed enough to keep them in.
