1. More dual lands. You are running way too little sources of all three colors.
2. You're really light on the removals. Why no Fatal Push or Grasp of Darkness?
3. No Torrential Gearhulk?
4. The Trial/Cartouche/Torment cards are being too cute.
5. I like Siphoners, but they are better for the sideboard in a control deck. Opponents will side out their removals giving the Siphoners time to shine rather than eating removal too quickly.
6. Better counterspells. If you can support double blue go with Disallow. Some number of Supreme Will or Censor can fill the role on the curve or can be card draw.
Ok. So ive typed out a super long response addressing each of your points twice and had my wifi drop both times and lost everything -_-
Basically
I dont play hulk because theres hardly any instants. Im almost at the point of cutting blue all together but the only replacement for glimmer is live fast and the drain hurts.
Trial hits more than push. Namely kefnet (who is a 1 card counter to this deck) other hydras/gods/hulks/glorybringer/everything above 2cmc. I say 2 cmc because i really cant trigger revolt anyway reliably.
Also the cartouche on a hydra is pretty devastating. And getting value off trials puts them ahead of push imo.
Im almost with you on the siphoner thing i think that might be a good spot for maybe 2 push 2 censor and swap out the negates for censor aswell would sure up game 1 vs aggro. Except that demon is meant to be a scarab god ill change it now -_- scarab god also makes siphoners much better hitting siphoner t2 off swamp atherhub is my favorite way to start a game. Having it draw a card then trade with a push or a longtusk cub to bring it back later as a 4/4 is pretty good. I will throw it into the side for a while a see how we go. I use to run gifted aetherborns the same way
Also torment i havent really played with but i cant see it being bad at all. Anything past the 1st trigger is great value
Subject to change for maybe 2 discard 3rd never

Torment might be good in a control mirror, but the meta right now is fill of quick aggro decks like Mono Red or Zombies. Torment does nothing against them because losing life means nothing when they can beat you faster than it matters, or has a billion zombies to sacrifice only to make more.
Fatal Push is, again, very important to have a full set right now because of aggro, not to mention it only costs one mana and is an instant.
Most Sultai decks play Tireless Tracker for card advantage, not to mention the clues can trigger revolt for Push.
Personally I would look into Sultai Control/Delirium for ideas and see how they operate. You're trying to do something similar to what they're doing (even the Scarab God) and they're not doing too shabby in the meta.
I think turn 4 is way too slow for removal, slaughter and tracker rotate so theres no point.
Doomfsll is high on my list. Ill probably go over torment if it doesnt play well but as i said for 4 mana it only has to stick for 1 turn to be worth it. Im dropping it to 2 though because i find myself not wanting it until t6.
And push still has no place here. No reliable revolt. Theres nothing atm that requires immediate removal like cat combo. I am weak to decks that go super wide but push doesnt help there. Id sooner up my yahennis count
I guess the main issue atm with replacing the trial/cartouche engine with push and doomfall is really how reliable the cartouche has been (obviously trial is less efficient side by side push)
Here is my list. I really like cheap removal + treasure map. My list uses 3 sorcerer's spyglass main and 1 sb to turn off either Field of Ruin, which has a lot of targets for my list, or stupid cards like Bristling Hydra so you can just brick them with removal. Also shuts off whirler and planeswalkers. Creatures in my list are either 2 drop mana accel dudes, and the 3 gods which all have power over 4 for conqueror's galleon. Removal is not great against me unless it exiles or is very cost efficient. Rivers rebuke is amazing. I would always play 4 servant of the conduit if I'm in green. Not sure how many Attune is mandatory, however. I only use 2 attune but maybe I need more. My deck aims to control the board fairly quickly, and win late game through card advantage and being able to deal with threats. Maybe you get to flip conq. galleon to return river's rebuke every other turn, or stabilize with Vraska. Any critiques would be appreciated

I think you're trying to be too cute with Galleon. It costs four mana and does nothing it comes down, not to mention the meta is chalk full of artifact removal in the main. You have very little ways to crew Galleon, and the gods don't even synergize with the deck and only seem to work to crew Galleon.
I think you're better off playing more removals and counters like Vraska's Contempt and Supreme Will and just use Vraska herself as the wincon. I think Kefnet can stay, and I do think River's Rebuke is a good card, but not in too many copies. Your manabase is also really bad and should look at other Sultai decks to play off of.
Have you tried conq. galleon? Its kinda nice if you can activate it. Sure they can get you with Field of Ruin, but I have 4 FoR MB and 4 Sorcerous Spyglass between MB and SB (3 main). Crewing isnt too bad, but if I have a problem I could always add Hashep Oasis. It hand been a problem, though. Between the 3 Gods I usually draw 1 of the 3. They come down a turn before the Galleon so I can even push for T3 God, T4 Galleon, T5 Galleon attack/flip if it seems right. Or I'm just murdering things or playing ramp.
I do have 4 vraska's contempt in SB.
I will look into manas and test galleon a bit to see if I like it. Thank you for the critiques!
The fact is you have way too little ways to crew Galleon when it's the main attraction of your deck, and again your Galleon has to survive one turn to flip when everyone is running mainboard hate like Abrade, Vraska, Confiscation Coup, Hostage Taker, Cast Out, etc, yet you have no protection for it. Three cards out of 60 does not mean you will consistently get to flip it, and even on curve you're in a bad position against aggressive hands from your opponent. Oh and no, adding Hashep Oasis is massive card disadvantage just so you can crew.
Also you're putting too much faith in Spyglass. Energy decks, control decks, and Mono Red can play around it pretty easily. If token decks or PWs were more played maybe, but it's not to right meta for it right now.
You have a good shell or a good idea there somewhere, but it's not close to where you want to be.

Thank you for the advices my friend. I will look into other options. Have you tried treasure map a lot? Im really liking this card and want to exploit it as much as possible!

If you have so much problems with Hydra or Kefnet, play better cards like Hour of Glory, To the Slaughter, or Doomfall.
