Welcome! I think that it is an excellent start. First of all, you have enough mana of the right kinds to play your spells. That took me forever to figure out and I still try to cheat. That said, in order to help you, I need to understand your situation.
Who will you be playing against? Where?
How soon do you need to be competitive? How willing are you to learn from what others are doing?
What is your budget/willingness to purchase the best cards to make a winning deck?
In the absence of the above information, I will offer a single thought. Your deck has some aggressive-midrangy creatures and controlling elements (removal, counterspells). It looks to me like it has an awkward mixture. I don't see that it has enough of either to enforce a game plan. More aggressive decks may be able to overwhelm your control elements. More controlling decks may be able to stifle your aggressive plan. Try it if you want, it will be a good learning experience. My advice, once you understand how it works, and given your interest in Nicol Bolas, would be to focus more on the controlling side and maybe add some sweepers (Sweltering Suns, Hour of Devastation).
I've just added 2x Hour of Devastation to my deck instead of 2x Manticore Eternal.
My deck is supposed to be Control, and to play in my local store. NOT higher or more important tournaments rather than FNM...
As you may guess, I try not to spend too much in my first deck. But I must say that it wouldnt be a problem to get some cards.
Thanks for replying!!!!

RNA Standard: Grixis Midrange, Jund Deathwhirler, Sultai Vannifar
GRN Standard: Red Midrange, Mono-Blue Tempo, Wr Aggro, Gruul Experimental Dinosaurs, Sultai Midrange, Jeskai Midrange
Modern: Bant Spirits
Forcing a single archetype in all formats: too many colors, bad mana.
