With Ixalan, many of us started to plan tribal decks, dinos, merlfolks, pirates, vampires and so. But why not try the tribe with the biggest support?
The first thing that come to my mind, probably there is little payoff to make a human tribal, here some of those:
Pillar is probably horrible, Mimic can be good, Unclaimed Territory is probably the best reason to do an human tribal (even so, is just "ok"). Vanquisher's Banner can be playable? The first part is terrible for 5 manas, the second one could work since most good humans are 2-3cmc.
Here is a list of some humans that can se play, there is a bunch of others in standard:
There are some really good humans to use energy, what Aether Hub and Attune with Aether. Drover of the Mighty and Channeler Initiate can provide multicolored mana too. There is lots of humans with artifact support, in that case, Spire of Industry is an option. Probably the base would be green to start the other colors, and/or black for removals.
So, what you guys think, is possible to combine so many individually good cards in a competitive deck?
Without Thalia's Lieutenant there is no reason to play only humans and the deck also has no playable 1-drops (like Thraben Inspector).
Humans doesn't look like a tribe worth playing without any payoff or humans-matter cards in the format.

You're right, but the cards by themselves are really good, last night I tested against ramunap red, sultai energy and temur energy without any side, and was pretty consistent. It faced hard times against control, but I can test some spell pierces, negates, duress and so.
Most Humans in your list are also Warriors. Oketra and her Monument also create 1/1 vigilance Warrior tokens. Metallic Mimic would be better in a Warrior deck than a Human deck. But the mana will be terrible and unreliable, and decks are as good as their manabase. Speaking of which, you need Evolving Wilds to trigger Revolt and take advantage of Renegade Rallier’s ability.
BTW, I’m a fierce tribal player, but I wouldn’t try my luck with a Human deck in this Standard environment.
20 Humans and no token generator is not enough to make Metallic Mimic a good card. Also, take note that Mimic shines with numbers, and this means weenies with the top end being 3CMC. The best is following Mimic with 2 or 3 creatures on T3. And there are not enough weenies right now in this tribe. Look elsewhere for that. Like Vampires tokens.
Wanted Scoundrels if you don't care about the opponent getting treasure tokens or have some strategy. Desperate Castaways is a second best if you're running artifacts.

If 2CMC is clogged, turn 3 will be a bit awkward. I suggest 4 Blossoming Defense in the main deck, so that you can protect both Mimic and the 2CMC creature you cast on turn 3. Otherwise, your deck will be too fragile. Also, most Warriors are RG, and you don't need W to play Oketra's Monument. Gruul manabase will be very reliable. With 4 Aether Hub + 4 Attune with Aether (to feed Voltaic Brawler), 4 Evolving Wilds (to help Revolt) and just 1 Plains, you can easily splash white (for Samut's ability or Oketra) with no fancy lands other than Rootbound Crag and Unclaimed Territory.
I would definitely play both Bloodlust Inciter and Narnam Renegade, but with absolutely no intention to play Renegade without Revolt. Played on turn 3 after cracking Evolving Wilds, it becomes a 3/4 thanks to Mimic, and you still have a land to cast Blossoming Defense. Opponent will likely try to kill Mimic while Renegade is on the stack. A 4/3 hexproof Mimic won't fall for that, and you attack for 4 damage (or 7 if Inciter can haste Renegade). Say what you want, but that's a damn strong turn 3.
Renegade Map seems necessary to support "revolt" in the deck (and play less lands) and I don't think there is room for both Map and Attune in the same deck so Aether Hub becomes less of an option.

Here is my first attempt:
4x Channeler Initiate
4x Glint-Sleeve Siphoner
4x Hostage Taker
2x Kari Zev, Skyship Raider
4x Metallic Mimic
2x Renegade Rallier
4x Rogue Refiner
4x Voltaic Brawler
4x Aether Hub
4x Blooming Marsh
4x Forest
1x Island
1x Mountain
2x Swamp
4x Unclaimed Territory
4x Fatal Push
4x Heroic Intervention
Sorcery (4)
4x Attune with Aether
Glint-Sleeve Siphoner, Rogue Refiner and Renegade Rallier can provide card advantage. Channeler Initiate can early ramp and beat later, Metallic Mimic provide some extra defense/damage (making Hostage Taker 3/4 is really good against red). Heroic Intervention is obviously slower than Blossoming Defense, but making everiting survive is just amazing, I would consider include 1 Combat Celebrant to use with Intervention, but the problem is Celebrant isn't really good without that.
Kambal, Consul of Allocation definitely would be in the sideboard, but it can be in main?

You can play Metallic Mimic and Vanquisher's Banner with any random tribe.

The biggest payoff was Unclaimed Territory, it is a 5c deck that hardly will face problems with mana. And Attune with Aether is a playable one drop. i don't have sure if Metallic Mimic make the cut.
BTW, I’m a fierce tribal player, but I wouldn’t try my luck with a Human deck in this Standard environment.

I have playtested it against golgari constrictor and had quite good results.

By expanding the scope from humans to warriors there are quite a few aggro creatures to form a decent curve.
By going with Naya colors there are:
1-drops: Narnam Renegade (Bloodlust Inciter, Flameblade Adept)
2-drops: Voltaic Brawler, Honored Crop-Captain, Glory-Bound Initiate, Greenwheel Liberator, Bloodrage Brawler and Metallic Mimic.
3-drops: Ahn-Crop Crasher, Khenra Charioteer/Maulfist Revolutionary, Solemn Recruit and Renegade Rallier/Devoted Crop-Mate (for card advantage).
There is a shortage of 1-drops but it probably can be suplemented by revolt-enablers
(for: Narnam Renegade, Greenwheel Liberator, Renegade Rallier, Solemn Recruit) like Renegade Map/Unbridled Growth that also fix mana.
The 3-drops seem a bit weak but can be playable while the 2-drops seem like potentially the best part of the deck.

Same with Samut and other 4-5 drops which seem rather slow and will be outclassed anyway by other curve-toppers
(Glorybringer, Verdurous Gearhulk, Scarab God and Regisaur Alpha/Carnage Tyrant).
The main reason I wanted white is for: Honored Crop-Captain, Glory-Bound Initiate and potentially Renegade Rallier (or Devoted Crop-Mate).
Solemn Recruit can be pretty powerful with "revolt" but is more difficult to cast reliably with a small white splash.
Renegade Map seems necessary to support "revolt" in the deck (and play less lands) and I don't think there is room for both Map and Attune in the same deck so Aether Hub becomes less of an option.
Here is my initial take:
4x Narnam Renegade
4x Bloodlust Inciter
4x Voltaic Brawler
4x Greenwheel Liberator
4x Honored Crop-Captain
4x Metallic Mimic
4x Ahn-Crop Crasher
4x Blossoming Defense
4x Lightning Strike
Artifact (4)
4x Renegade Map
Land (20)
4x Unclaimed Territory
4x Rootbound Crag
1x Sheltered Thicket
4x Evolving Wilds
3x Forest
3x Mountain
1x Plains
you could use Herald of Secret Streams as finisher. But without Aether Hub, the 4th color probably wouldn't work.
