Also, how many would you run in 450 Powered? I'm running 'ling and Sphinx now and was considering adding a third. Too many?

Sphinx > Gearhulk > Aetherling > Will > Frost Titan
Sphinx is by far the best, good enough to be a worthy reanimator target.
Gearhulk will not make every deck, so if you are looking for a catch-all blue six drop look elsewhere. A lot of immediate impact. Good with a simple two mana spot removal or counterspell, busted with expensive instants such as Mystic Confluence. Relevant artifact synergies. Flash makes him an easy fit for permission decks, and enables him to ambush attackers. Two for one with this card is almost trivial, 3-for-1 common.
Aetherling is by far the hardest to stop and probably the closest thing in the cube to inevitability. Very reliable at killing opponents. But there are several downsides to the card. First, it is not really a six drop. Second, it is not on the defense, especially the turn you play him. He can only block one dude, and every removal spell will render him unable to block for the turn. In order to play Aetherling you need to be at an equal or favorable board and that is hard to do. Aetherling is very good at what he does, but you usually don't need such an extreme measure and would prefer playing cheaper cards.
Will has not really been a finisher, but a stabilizer. You'll still need other finishers to end the game. Will is great at keeping you alive. At parity of very dire situations the card draw can bail you out.
Frost Titan is too easy to kill and block to be a good finisher.
At 720 I run the first four.
I guess you probably know all that, aimed that for forum readers.
Drana's probably stronger, but there are so many times where the 2B cost on MSL is just so appealing. That being said, I'd still give the nod to Drana; her ceiling is insane.
And I think 3 6cc creatures is a little on the hig end for 450, but it's probably fine since they often don't directly compete for slots in the exact same kinds of decks.
Liliana > Ob. Liliana protects herself very well up to her ultimate, and her -3 can be a lot of value. Ob Nixilis Reignited / Jace, Telepath Unbound are the poster children of mediocre walkers, IMO.
I play Lodestone over Cruiser right now. Cruiser is better as an aggro finisher, but Lodestone being a nasty threat in the midrangey artifact.dec strategies gives it an edge for me.
If you're running Moat, Elspeth hands down. If you're not running Moat, you can't go wrong with either. I personally favor Elspeth since the evasion / pump is so strong, especially in stalemates / mowing down other planeswalkers.
(Silumgar is likely about to depart my unpowered 540)

Agreed.
I need a ranking on 6-mana blue finishers: Aetherling vs Consecrated Sphinx vs Will Kenrith vs Torrential Gearhulk vs Frost Titan

I run the first 3 in my 540, and I think a 4th could be defensible.
