Definitely seems solid. It's not quite Black's Day of Judgment, but it does kill some things that Damnation cannot (notably Indestructibles). It's probably the third best black wrath after Damnation and Toxic Deluge, and most people running Black Sun's Zenith should likely consider swapping to this.

It's not strictly worse than Damnation in cube, since like Wildfire, creatures with 5 or more toughness creatures are going to survive. I'm not sure what size a cube may want this, but it's certainly a strong card. The problem is Toxic Deluge and Damnation are just better.

I'm OK having 3 wraths for black, and the only thing holding me back was the 3rd option was kinda "meh" compared to others. This card could be very sweet, and as you said it is excellent for your own guys in Wildfire, way mores than BSZ was. Like the counters are sweet and everything and randomly getting the card twice is nice, but for the cost this does efficiently deal with more creatures.
I'm a fan of this card. A Mutilate effect that doesn't require mono-black, should completely wipe the board on-curve, and keeps your late-game threats alive when you cast this (without permanently crippling them). An amazing card in BRWildfire as mentioned above; an archetype I love to draft. I will be finding room for this sweeper.
I like it more than Zenith even in generic control builds, because killing those 3/3 and 4/4 threats before turn 5-6 is pretty big game. And you're likely to outnumber the amount of X/5 threats in the matchup, so even when things do survive, they're far more likely to be yours. I think this is a bargain at 4 mana.
This is the best black wrath after Damnation and Toxic Deluge. Those two are top-shelf. There are pluses and minuses to the lower shelf options, but I think this one has the best average case scenario, which is why I think it's the best. I am not sure if I will add this card or not. I don't miss BSZ, and I've been pushing aggro/pox in black.

I could never get my group excited about wildfire cards because they were 6 mana, but it is certainly one that deserves an audition. Half of the 5+ toughness creatures in my cube are black, more than I thought. And it is a ridiculous on curve follow up to Master of the Feast.
I like it better than a lot of black's other sweeper options. Black is the color most primed to take advantage of Mutilate effects (Deluge frequently ends up being Plague Wind) and splashability was really the only thing keeping Mutilate itself out of the picture. I agree with this being the 3rd best black sweeper, though I don't think it's too incredibly far ahead of BSZ.
Very strong card and I can see it being great in a wildfire 5 toughness deck.
I think I also like BSZ a little better though since it scales and you can get multiple uses out of it. Also nice that it stops persist dudes coming back and even if you can't wipe every creature your opponent has, those that remain are permanently neutered. I suppose that hurts your guys too, but when I want a sweeper I'm usually not expecting to keep anything I have around anyway.
I loved Black sun's zenith when I ran it but I might give the nod to this card. I love the art too, no idea what its supposed to mean, but its all purpley. Like is that a zombie croc? a croc with the life being sucked out of it?
Wow, this is highly pushed - compare and contrast to Mutilate.
Between this, Toxic Deluge and Damnation, with a super-solid second tier of Living Death, Black Sun's Zenith and Crux of Fate, as well as on-a-stick options like Massacre Wurm and Bane of the Living among others, black has a stake to be THE primary sweeper colour in cube now, which just feels totally weird to say. Certainly Toxic Deluge has proven to be the best sweeper, IMO.
I am not entirely sure if I need this at 375... but it is clearly good enough. I can even see a case for running this over Damnation, in some situations and cube set-ups. I expect to find space though as it will just tempt me until I get a copy in there.
If we needed another black Wrath, I would prefer to add Consuming Vapors. Ok it is not a Wrath as such, but it does a lot of things black can use. It gains life and gets round Shroud and Protection.
Really like this but I'm not sure I have room. Is it better than Consuming Vapors? Probably. It's probably better than Bane of the Living but if you support morph, Bane might be more necessary.

Silumgar Assassin and Grim Haruspex are quality morph cards in black, I don't see Bane being necessary to support morph at all in Black.
I think this is ALMOST on par with damnation and a small chance it's >=.
There aren't THAT many 5+ toughness creatures in cube that wraths are great against anyway. Constructing your deck to live through the wrath I think maybe even gives it the edge over damnation... Although Im leaning towards that being no.
Silumgar, consecrated sphinx, Titans, Tasigur.. Lots of black control cards that this doesnt kill. Amazing with Abysal persuctor or Desecration if people still run those.
Not in the market for a third wrath in black, but if I was, this would be it, no doubt.
Sorcery
All creatures get -4/-4 until end of turn.
Thoughts?
Certainly a great budget choice over damnation, supports wildfire, and only a little worse than Toxic deluge(Ok a lot but that card is nutz)
I can see a lot of larger cubes snapping this up.

I'll probably be cutting Bane of the Living for this.
