I'm not really convinced this is the best selection from my collection and was hoping for some opinion, obviously I could go and buy some new cards but I'd prefer to use what I have first.
So would any of the following be better options that I should switch in?
Here are those I would cut : Ball Lightning: hits one player once. Not enough for MP games Dragon Egg: working for a 2/2 flyer seems mediocre Hurloon Shaman: Nice global effect and attack deterrent, but tough to make use of it. Kolaghan Forerunners: Inconsistent card depending on your board state. Viashino Sandstalker: Better than Ball Lightning but very mana intensive and 4 damage to one player isn't going to do you a whole lot of good. Wall of Lava: Doesn't really do anything.
There might also be a few cheap ones you could pick up if you are looking to improve your collection.
Taurean Mauler is a powerful 3 drop that scales well with multiple players. Alesha, Who Smiles at Death can bring a lot of value. Though depending on where you classify it takes a red or a gold slot Viashino Heretic as a source of damage and repeatable artifact destruction. Chandra's Spitfire can do some work if you pack some mass damage spells like Earthquake.
Fire Ants is a lesser played card that I'd suggest. Definitely play Goblin Sharpshooter, and definitely cut the cards that Miaou suggested. Taurean Mauler is also a great add for multiplayer. Scab-Clan Berserker is a card I've seen on lists, though I've never seen it in play.
Squee, Goblin Nabob; not necessarily a "multiplayer" card but in my experience the slower pace of a multiplayer plays into its strengths, it's easier to grind out value from him when you aren't under as much pressure and whilst powerful he doesn't draw too much heat.
From my personal experience (my cube was built for 1-on-1, but regularly is played with 3) Agro suffers heavily in multiplayer, you often end up kingmaker but very rarely win. I would cut any card that is primarily an Agro card.
- Ball Lightning
- Dragon Egg
- Feldon of the Third Path
- Goblin Rabblemaster
- Guttersnipe
- Hellfire Mongrel
- Hurloon Shaman
- Kolaghan Forerunners
- Manic Vandal
- Viashino Sandstalker
- Wall of Lava

If there are some cheap improvements I'd definitely be interested to hear them.

Hanweir Garrison
Pia Nalaar
Squee, Goblin Nabob
Not sure how these fit in specifically with multiplayer but they're just good 3-drops for cube in general
Deputized Protester and Enraged Revolutionary are designed for multiplayer, but they're not good.
