I wonder how many artifact destruction effects would you run depending on the cube size (powered 360, 450, 540), pauper 360 also. I run a powered 540, and been cutting some effects in the meantime. Now I feel a little underprepared to deal with artifacts.
It's hard to answer, because every playgroup drafts and prioritizes the effects differently. You're just going to have to tinker with the numbers until they work for you. There is no formula that will apply to every playgroup, and even "general rules of thumb" are pretty useless when it comes to this kind of thing. Just add/remove them until it feels right for your group.
Off the top of my head I would suggest Nature's Claim. I don't like too many spells that just hit artifact or enchantments, so the ones I run have be be as efficient as possible.
I would be sure to add Abrade as soon as that gets printed, and after that, here are the best artifact removal spells I can think of that you're not currently running:
I agree with readding Banishing light, which I cut a while ago for oblivion ring effects saturation. Don't like seal of cleansing much. Cut smash to smithereens too, because of narrowness, now considering smash or abrade to add.
On release the gremlins, I prefer manic vandal because of other sinergies as recurring nightmare, reveillark, etc.
Detention sphere recently got replaced by Venser Sojourner, as guild cards need to mark guild direction, not being another oblivion ring.
Daretti iconoclast is on my wish list. Planning to get a foil copy

I agree on the terastodon swap with pelakka. I found conclave naturalists to be very slow for my powered cube. On ingot chewer, will test it. Pillage is a card I considered but ultimately rejected as I didn't found cuts. Forsake the worldly is a bit slow for my tastes.

I'd play both Vandal and Gremlins at 540. Card advantage is nice and Gremlins can also work as a random wincon or a bunch of blockers when used on your own redundant mana rocks. Maybe replace Lava Dart?
What about Ancient Grudge? People seem to like it for powered cubes.
FWIW, the only powered cube I've played that ran Ancient Grudge was the MTGO Vintage Cube, but then I haven't played many powered cubes and run an unpowered one myself. I often see cubers state that Grudge is probably only good enough for powered, but I find it pretty lackluster. It only gives you card advantage if you go RG and I don't think it's worth a gold slot (or a multicolor flex slot, however you want to slot it).

I don't run it myself either, I thought people were pretty high on it but you might be right about it being a MTGO thing.
I wouldn't have said you need to be in RG though, in the same way lingering souls make my W/u decks if I have a couple of black sources (but maybe that's my terrible deck building at work).
As for catagorizing it; I would proabaly fudge the numbers and call it a Red card for testing purposes, but I don't mind playing fast and loose with off colour activations (like the tribrids from khans)
Well, if you need to check for green sources before you include it in your deck, it's not really a red card. Same with Lingering Souls. In your example, it made the deck because you had sources of black available to flash it back, so it's not really a white card.
Venser got there in the last cube's update, so I still haven't played it. The reason for its inclusion is to push a little the blink archetype. Replaced detention sphere with it.
Ancient grudge got played in the first iteration, but got cut (narrow, and I don't like to play support spells in the guild slots). I would consider grudge as a gruul card, as I consider lingering souls orzhov.
Lava dart for release the gremlins? I think lava dart its pretty underrated by the community. Fanctastic to kill those utility critters, triggering prowess in spells matters decks.

Yea lingering souls was a terrible example because I have it in the B/W section.
Fixing is usually pretty easy in my cube so I'm more than happy to splash most of the time. I guess I just don't think achient grudge is worth the guild slot but I would be happy fudging the numbers and calling it a red card; I already consider dryad militant white and rakdos cackler black (more of a stretch, but I'm giving black agro a go next update).

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice card, but something has to be cut, and I personally think Lava Dart is not as needed as good artifact destruction. Pingers are a bit narrow, IMO, in a standard powered/unpowered (and annoyingly good in pauper). I'd rather run divisible burn myself. But if it's really good in Spells Matters and you want to support that, maybe Seal of Fire?

Any inclusions I missed and you would add?
We run about the same number of removal spells for artifacts, but I cube with the following cards that you don't:
Seal of Cleansing, Banishing Light, Smash to Smithereens, Release the Gremlins, Detention Sphere, Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast
At the very least, Banishing Light should go in.

You could also add Reckless Reveler if you find Torch Fiend useful.
For even more catch-all removal, you could also add Grasp of Fate and/or Detention Sphere.
I would be sure to add Abrade as soon as that gets printed, and after that, here are the best artifact removal spells I can think of that you're not currently running:
Forsake the Worldly
Pillage (better than ever with the recent influx of manlands)
Ingot Chewer (the Evoke cost makes it one of the cheapest artifact removal spells available, and it can be abused with recursion)
Conclave Naturalists
Terastodon (I'd run this over Pelakka Wurm)
450 card Peasant cube thread. Draft it here.

OT, but how have you found Venser in powered?
