Until Infinity Elemental was spoiled earlier, I thought this might represent the biggest P/T effect from a single-card unassisted in the cube (barring that you should test this card), but even a 20+/20+ is no comparison to infinite power. Still, this card looks pretty powerful to me, and at the least bit, very entertaining. I'm VERY interested to read the official rulings on this card as to whether it has summoning sickness or not upon being enchanted.
It seems like it should but it probably will be ruled not to. When I first read it, I thought the library went when it died, but it's pretty legit if it doesn't. There's something to be said about blue drawing through its deck at times, which hurts this card to a degree. It's cool, though still just dies to stuff + disenchant as well.
As the animated library wasn't on the battlefield under your control at the start of your turn, I can't imagine it can attack the turn it becomes animated.
Still, for practical purposes this is probably as lethal as the Infinity Elemental, while having more survivability and the same amount of evasion, plus costing one less. It's almost certainly weaker than current blue sixes (e.g. Consecrated Sphinx, Aetherling, Snappy Robot, even Frost Titan)... but it does look like fun.
