Way to buy into propaganda. And the Trump reference about "locker room talk" - way to push your political agendas on a card game forum and assume your opinions are the status quo, and the only right way to think. That's why everyone is sick of liberals and SJWs. Arrogance and ignorance. No one gives a damn bro, we're here for card games. Get over yourselves and off your righteous soapbox.Posted in: Articles

I'm interested in how they'll explain Heliod's escape from the underworld? Perhaps Erebos decides that Heliod's assistance is critical, considering the common enemy, or devotion in the early stages of the invasion, which appears to begin in the skies, causes followers to cry out for Heliod's intervention, freeing him? The story team will also need to explain the restoration of Khrusor. And if memory of it among followers restored it, then will Thassa's spear eventually be shaped by former memory back into a coral Bident?
Although I cannot stand Phyrexian art, I love that I can solely play the front face of the constellation version of Heliod. The constellation art is great and his effect works well with my Theros deck. I love the epithet Radiant Dawn.
I hope Thassa is safe, but know better
Bring the Ending - you know what, I won't even go there
The DND community demonstrated solidarity, because it recognized the wider implications and broad, encompassing impact of the OGL on their game and overall experience. They focused on the big picture and long term longevity of their hobby, prioritizing that above all else. In MTG, we were faced with the very same upheaval with Magic 30th Edition. But in MTG, players are so consumed with their own self-interest and turning profit, even at the expense of their own community, experience, and game itself, that there were still opportunists that purchased Magic 30th, in an attempt to capitalize on its scarcity and potential future desirability. The fact even a single copy of that product sold, is ultimately a failure in the requisite solidarity that the DND community exercised. A secondary market and gambling aspect to MTG make taking such unified stances more challenging, if individuals do not have their priorities straight. Still, I think enough of a statement was made by M30, although I resent it wasn't even more profound.
Btw, Marina Fackova's art on Phyrexian Arena is amazing. I hope she paints a Jace Planeswalker card in the future.
YES!!!!
I've been waiting for this card to be reprinted in the modern border as well!
MAN this is among my favorite reprint sets of all time! My only complaint is that I wish Exploration had its original art. I loved the docking ship on newly discovered land.
Really disappointed with High Tide's new art, but it was never replacing my IDW Theros promo anyway, no matter how gorgeous it would be. So who cares. But really, the new art is subpar at best. MTG really needs to be far more consistent with marine/oceanic depictions. Heck, there's more land and wall than ocean in that picture, and only showing the surface... it looks like a flood rather than an aquatic biome at high tide like it should.
