When starting MTG I got a Deck Builder's Tool Kit. There was a foil card in one of the packs and that excited me. I read the text. That excited me more. My goal sense then has been to crush someone with it, my favorite card, Blightsteel Colossus.
Once I had 11 Lands in play and Blightsteel in hand. When I top decked a land I yelled toward the heavens, "YEEEEEEEEEEEES!" There was stunned silence as I slammed the cards onto the battlefield. Eventual my sister said in stunned awe, "He actually got it out." I was loving the moment, but before I could attack, Tragic Slip. My favorite card had met what instantly became my least favorite card. So close, yet so far from my goal of annihilation with my favorite card.
It's weird that it's done this way, but unless they just forgot three words by accadent, 7 Power only lets you search for 6 CMC.
Sisay, Weatherlight Captain gets +1/+1 for each color among other legendary permanents you control.
WUBRG: Search your library for a legendary permanent card with CMC less than Sisay's power and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
2/2
Worst case scenario, you have nothing and she's just a 2/2 that looks for CMC 1 or less Legends. That sounds pretty useless, but you always have legendary lands like Kher Keep, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, or The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale for those who have one.
I love it too, but it doesn't feel like Sorin to me.
But seriously, does anyone else think this art feels hilariously out of character for him? It's supposed to be Vengeful Bloodlord, not Anime Knight.
For ramp, Runaway Steam-Kin is a must and Spawning Breath doesn't gain you mana immediately, but it looks interesting. Untap spells with Mana Dorks like Myr might also work if you're okay with using them instead of rocks.
If you want tokens makers other than Young Pyromancer then there's there's Blaze Commando if there's enough burn spells, the totally not abusable Monastery Mentor, and Goblinslide if you really want a fourth effect. If you count Heroic token making abilities, there's also Akroan Crusader and Vanguard of Brimaz
Speaking of burn, is there enough to consider Enrage Dinos like Trapjaw Tyrant?
This is insane and it's an uncommon?
Huh, I could have sworn it way the other way around because they said they changed it to prevent confusion... :\
You mean like it did when it was reprinted in M19?
Something weird is that Ajani's Pridemate has a version with updated oracle text in this year's White Challenger Deck but this version doesn't have "you may" for the life gain trigger...Edit: Sorry, I was wrong about which version is the current oracle text.
Just so this isn't a one liner, what do you think about Pawn of Ulamog, Sifter of Skulls, and Pitiless Plunderer in Teysa Karlov Decks?
Also, someone has to mention Krark's Thumb, Chance Encounter and the Commander Duo of Okaun and Zndrsplt.
For thise interested, here's the odds of getting at least a certain number of clones. (The chance with Krark's Thumb is in parentheses.) I added The chance of getting 20 because it's literally one in a million without Krark's Thumb.

He called it. People are so going to do this for the +1/+1 counters.
