Currently at SDCC - Terese Nielsen is here signing cards and I was trying to decide if I should have her sign the exclusives. I don’t see anyone selling her signed cards, but I’m not sure if it would add much value.
Man I know it's 7 but I want to play that dragon in legacy. 7 mana 5/5 flier who draws you a card at the end of each turn and gives you a 5/5 flier every turn o_O
Myth would have to find the right deck, the only ones I can think of atm are pox and some enchantress. Enchantress plays enough that this will get very big very fast, with the obvious bonus of it being an enchantment, and pox decks love creatures which are only creatures for a turn to dodge the symmetric sac effects.
Imo the bolt test is completely useless in legacy. What's next? StP test? Goyf test? Counter test? Any of the black removal test? If you're playing a creature in legacy, you don't really need to worry about that because there's a reason you're playing it. If the creature does pass the bolt test, that's just extra.
But consider the creatures played in legacy. How many actually past the bolt test? Stoneforge, any of the merfolk/elves/goblins played, snappy, manlands, wild nacatl, delver, goblin guide, drs, nighthawk, confidant, clique, any of the affinity creatures, etc. Sure, goyf passes the bolt test, but that's not why he's played.
so tell me again, what's so important about the bolt test?
If we define the Bolt Test as "My opponent can always Bolt my guy at some point (usually when it ETB) such that I get no value from it", I'd actually categorize your listed creatures like this:
A lot of Elves's guys get really debatable, especially when you have other untapped Elves on the battlefield. In particular, Wirewood Symbiote cannot save itself from removal, but it can save one of your Elves per turn, starting the turn it ETB.
But that's my point. What the use of using the bolt test when nearly every legacy creature ignores it? Which creatures actually PASS the bolt test? A mid-late game goyf? Emrakul (who really doesn't count)? Sure, the reanimate/show and tell, sneak attack targets pass the bolt test, but that is NOT why they are played. Batterskull's the only relevant one I can think of, and that's cause I play burn.

dang, I actually dislike this card a bit. It seems dangerously blue for a red card. Lot of digging power for red in this spell, something about that just doesn't sit well with me.
Good! Now you know how we feel! Why is strangleroot geist, snapcaster mage, and rancor not red cards? Even force of will was going to be red. Red always gets shafted by color bleed. But now exiling cards that you can play is firmly red. Red needed something to do besides damage.
Keep in mind that with foil you discard the cards. This is a huge distinction. Misdirection is better, but there could be a combo deck which could utilize foil as a means to get the combo.
