Hey, nice to see a decklist like this posted. Ive tried my hand at legendary tribal before, and it fell flat mostly because the core elements of an edh deck were not there. So I noticed Tooth n Nail, and not much ramp because you are primarily using Jodah's ability, which does not let you entwine it.
What about See the Unwritten ?? The deck has high creature count. Cost less.
What about more cheap creature tutors too help so you can get your key players out, like Reki, Johira and Sisay.
Also, The Mimeoplasm for dead legends.
I kept this card in the Aminatou deck for a while, as it seemed to fit, but as I was building a better mana base my basic count wasn't enough to warrant the scry. It is however now in my mono white deck and has been decent there. I use Druidic Satchel in Aminatou instead and has been stellar for the similar effect.
How is this a 'fixed' monstrous mechanic?
It still can only be used once by itself. I guess if you could dump the counters somehow for cheap, but thats seems like a huge stretch. Rest is yet to been seen, but unlike Izoni, Niv 3.0, this rare is, at the moment, outclassed.
Could run all four of the R/x fetch lands, cost to improvement ratio isnt very good though, but would dig lands out of the deck instead of drawing them. Probably the last tweek to do though.
Id be running all the playable Strip mine variants incase Glacial Chasm or such happens
If i am using Cultivate and friends, ill put in Temple of the False God but not in decks where I ramp with rocks. Myriad Landscape i put into most mono coloured decks, esp Black with Coffers, Red and White. Arcane Lighthouse seems meta dependant. If you see alot of hexproof voltron like Uril or Sigarda, then by all means. But you better be playing non basic land search like Sylvan Scrying or Expedition Map or else you wont be able to rely on it when you need to. And it will be a dead card 90% of the time.
Same goes with homeward path, I just rather use sacrifice outlets.

Its 16 mana and two turns to set up. Salt Happens but this is not something I would expect anyone to piss and moan about. If you pulled it off, kudos.

Now white dont draw....
Black, Blue, Green all draw well and have many, many spells to choose from.
Red got its looting and wheels thing going.
White...Mentor of the Meek? Could probably give it a handfull, if that.

Problem no.2, Whites big finisher spells are combat step and creature reliant, rather clunky.
Problem no. 3 Red took its Armageddon, and has many variants to do this. White has 4? Maybe
Red and white lack in tutors, red more so.
So, this we all know.
How do we address it? Here is my thoughts.
Give white more draw (not artifact based)
Give white more counter magic, interaction to the stack. Its no.2 by a faaaaar margin. Barely ahead of other colours. This part of the game should not be dominated by one colour. Cant think of another element in game that doesnt spalsh into the other colours, Except maybe green land ramp, which white would be no2, barely.
Stop being babies about interacting with mana sources. Vandalblast all your rocks fine, murder all the dorks darn, but touch my land....a mana source, is a mana source, is a mana source.
White needs MLD back so it can drop effecient threats and try close out the game.
Give white an identity.
Black tutors like nobodies business and murders every creature, blue king of bounce and countermagic, green mana dorks and land ramp.
Red blows up the world like Obliterate and burns things down with direct damage.
White?? What are they best at?? Protection? Then Heroic Intervention should of been White, screwed that one up WotC.

Prsonally I'd remove the deal broker and perpetual timepiece, as you want value from playing and replaying your little dudes. Look for some cheap tutors like
or if you have the budget Stoneforge Mystic
Finding sword of the animist should be a priority for ramping or Skullclamp for drawing.
Could use some more mana rocks.
Even Thran Dynamo, or Worn Powerstone would be good here, personally I like Fellwar Stone, Coldsteel Heart, Marble Diamond if you got the card draw to replace them. Endless Atlas also very good here and for the love of god, Palace Jailer belongs in soooo many decks, yet doesn't get the attention it deserves.
Ive used Gaea's Revenge to copy, then Death's Shadow for 21 cmdr dmg.
But thats on an emptied by me boardstate.
Hiden Gem in mono black and/or infect is Mogis's Marauder but dont know how you could incorporate that.
There is also the new Golgari Raiders seems it could be big n hasty.
If haste is the issue, greaves n boots I think would be the way to go.
