I understand the concern about black sources, but treetop improves the UW control matchup, planeswalkers in general and Lingering souls that I believe is worth it. What do you think about Garruk Relentless? This was a Dark confidant, just like Majors' list but I did not see it enough early game to make an impact.
I was thinking about playing with JTMS, so I thought about Jace, Vryn's Prodigy over Grim Flayer in the "traditional" 4c Traverse. The card so far has been awesome, tt helps against the grindy games as an extra treat at topdeck wars and more discard against combo match ups. What do you think?
Got the idea to play 25 lands with 2 Ghost quarter from an old article from Gerry T, it's basically a measure against Tron, which is very heavy in my meta. I've been testing online (cockatrice), so I don't have any good feedback yet about it. What do you guys think?
I've been playing this deck for a while online and finally got the paper cards. Can someone explain to me the appeal of Temur-Battle-Rage? I always had 1 in my main and 2 dismembers but the pros and people here prefer 2. Am I evaluating this card wrong? Is it really insane?
I'm a jund player at heart, but I've come to the white side because of the dominance of Eldrazi tron in my LGS. I never liked Grim Flayer so I'm playing something similar to Reid's list
AcademyRuins I saw your list and this is what I'm working with, I found that using your list I was sort of 1/2 tempo 1/2 control and felt a little awkward. I did not have the chance to test think twice more but seems a way to flip a late game Titi. What are you thoughts?
You really want to play 1-2 Cryptic max, 3 Mistbind cliques minimum and have a Creature Faerie count of 9. We (my secret Faerie tester and me) have tested Grixis Faeries and the manabase can not really support 3 Cryptics reliably.
Metillon, did you see that I ditched the discard completely in favor of bolts? I've decided to move the bskull to the board in favor of the 3rd Mistbind as a reliable finisher. Until now, I have not had any problems casting cryptic, but I'm interested in your grixis list, what do you recommend instead of the 3rd cryptic?
Also, what do you guys think of the -4/-4 from origins? I do not have money for damnation and got pretty excited
I've been playing around a grixis list to resolve the lingering souls problem and hop on the Kolaghan's Command train, what do you guys think? the SB is pre grixis era so I don't know if I need to add something to it
So, I don't think Rakdos charm is necessary since we already have a great game against Twin, don't you think that more terminates stretch the mana base too much?

Usually I'm not a big fan of using bad cards that only help the combo, but sure, I'm lacking more low cost spells and helps me give back the ascendancies. I'll give a try, I just got the cards and will start testing in paper now
I like the idea of leylines since discard and burn are horrible matches, will give a shot
it's a pretty fair game until you get an ascendancy in play, and since UWR is not very good in the current meta, we are pretty much behind all games, but not much. Discard in general is horrible for this deck.
Once you get an ascendancy in play and a fatestitcher out, its very hard to fizzle, only if you had very bad luck with the loot and the cantrip you are able to kill them on the spot. ideas unbound is crazy, won me games several times but i'm not willing to add another one
thought scours still are a good option over sleight because its a easier way to send fatestitcher to the bin, but currently not working with the sideboard plan
I'm not linking the 4th anticipate since can be stuck in our hands much of the time, this deck wants as many 1 mana cantrips as possible, maybe 2 sleight of hand might be okay with - 1 probe - 1 anticipate.
