Blade Splicer vs. Tireless Tracker is actually an interesting comparison.
B.Splicer has more value with flicker effects and less suseptible to targeted removal (and blocks rather well) but can't draw cards and grow larger like T.Tracker.
The deck also already includes 4x Kitchen Finks that fills a similar role to Blade Splicer in being a good flicker target that can beat down or be a decent blocker that isn't easily removed.
I have to disagree on the Tireless Tracker. It may give you clues over time, but you have to invest tons of mana to grow it, and a single threat is removed easily. It also dies to your own wrath effects, it has has no synergy with flickerwisp and suntitan.
I think there are better creatures you can choose at his place if you want to get some pressure.
@ D90Dennis14
I like the look of that deck - that is probably quite close to how I’d build a G/W deck. One question though: if you play CoCo and manage to find an Eternal Witness can you then retrieve the CoCo card you’ve literally just used with its ability?
However for multi-color decks how is Spare from Evil as a replacement (mainly for mass-evasion) ?
What makes Brave so good though is the fact that it only costs W to play. Other than Fog (which is so much more conditional) there is no other evasion spell that is so cheap. Spare from Evil is ok but I would say that Repel the Abominable is better most of the time and if you’re in Boros colours I’d probably rather be running Boros Charm.
If it produced some clues (let's say 2 of a fetch) and maybe got in once or traded with a 3-drop it seems pretty good to me.
And the deck usually has enough mana to crack clues.
Primeval Titan also often wins the game by activating Emeria on it's own.
I think I'll test the swap of: -3x Elvish Visionary, -3x Courser of Kruphix for +3x Voice of Resurgence, +3x Tireless Tracker.
It can help pressure slower decks (while offering some protection from counters) and Tracker can help draw a lot of cards while getting bigger (if he doesn't get bolted early).
Sorry for throwing all of these far-fetched ideas out, I just wanted to contribute to healthy discussion. Here's the list I've come to, because I like the bant idea:
The deck also doesn't seem to have nearly enough green mana sources.
That is why I don't think the Emeria Titan deck can work as a tri-color becuase it needs to have about 12 plains and it doesn't leave enough room for 2 other colors ( unless you play more lands than 23).
Green offers Mayor of Avabruck which is the actual tribal lord of the deck (and also Hamlet Captain which is kind of a situational lord).
Green also has Knight of the Reliquary which is one of the most powerful humans and also Tireless Tracker which can grow and help draw cards (and there is always Eternal Witness to replay CoCo which is also a human).
how is the strangle root on your mana? double green where you wanna be able to cast a wanderer in the two first turns. how about an eternal witness? for the getting a coco or a creature back?
I haven't tested this yet.
The manabase has 8 lands that tap for green (4 shocks, 3 fast, 1 basic) and 6 fetches that can fetch 4 of them.
Eternal Witness is always good but I'm not sure how needed it is here as it doesn't have any particular synergy with the rest of the creatures.
I would maindeck 1x Kira but otherwise looks solid.
Btw, here is another build, this time with A.Vial and Lingering Souls.

Which creatures would you suggest instead ?

It seems very interesting though I would probably disagree with some of the card choices.
And another U/W build:

Unlike Spare from Evil (or Brave the Elements) Repel the Abominable and Boros Charm don't provide evasion (only protection).
It can also help against Affinity unlike Brave the Elements.
However for multi-color decks how is Spare from Evil as a replacement (mainly for mass-evasion) ?
And the deck usually has enough mana to crack clues.
What would you suggest instead ?
(Blade Splicer, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Dauntless Escort)
Regarding Primeval Titan, getting GG on turn 6/7 hasn't been much of a problem so far.
Some other possible options: Hooting Mandrills, Chameleon Colossus, Distended Mindbender, Eternal Witness, Courser of Kruphix, Reaper of the Wilds.
I also like Autumnal Gloom here.
The deck seems to light on creatures, why not add some Gnarlwood Dryads ?
Here is how I see a G/W Coco Humans deck:
4x Champion of the Parish
4x Noble Hierarch
1x Kytheon, Hero of Akros
4x Thalia's Lieutenant
4x Mayor of Avabruck
4x Knight of the Reliquary
3x Fiend Hunter
2x Tireless Tracker
2x Eternal Witness
1x Lantern Scout
1x Thalia, Heretic Cathar
4x Collected Company
4x Path to Exile
Land (22)
4x Windswept Heath
3x Wooded Foothills
2x Flooded Strand
2x Cavern of Souls
4x Temple Garden
4x Razorverge Thicket
1x Gavony Township
1x Forest
1x Plains
2x Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
1x Thalia, Heretic Cathar
2x Auriok Champion
2x Qasali Pridemage
2x Selfless Spirit
2x Repel the Abominable
2x Stony Silence
2x Rest in Peace
I think I'll test the swap of: -3x Elvish Visionary, -3x Courser of Kruphix for +3x Voice of Resurgence, +3x Tireless Tracker.
It can help pressure slower decks (while offering some protection from counters) and Tracker can help draw a lot of cards while getting bigger (if he doesn't get bolted early).
And if the deck doesn't play counterspells anyway, blue can be dropped entirely for more green cards
(Scavenging Ooze/Voice of Resurgence/Oath of Nissa/Sylvan Advocate/Tireless Tracker/Nissa, Voice of Zendikar/Beast Within/Nest Invader).
About the land tutors/acceleration, 4 seems like a good number to not flood out on lands with no action.
Btw, I'm looking for some ideas for my G/W list:
I agree about adding Coiling Oracle, probably instead of Geist of the Archives (Thassa, God of the Sea is better) which is very bad imho
(maybe as a 2-drop it would serviceable, but a 3-mana wall with scry 1 isn't good enough).
I also like Sylvan Ranger over Sakura-Tribe Elder because it can be Flickerwisp'ed, Wood Elves/Yavimaya Dryad is also better than Farhaven Elf.
Kitchen Finks would also be very good here, I like it over Mortarpod.
The deck also doesn't seem to have nearly enough green mana sources.
That is why I don't think the Emeria Titan deck can work as a tri-color becuase it needs to have about 12 plains and it doesn't leave enough room for 2 other colors ( unless you play more lands than 23).
Green also has Knight of the Reliquary which is one of the most powerful humans and also Tireless Tracker which can grow and help draw cards (and there is always Eternal Witness to replay CoCo which is also a human).
Heron's Grace Champion is not worth it as a 4-drop imho, dies to bolt and has a one time effect, Hero of Bladehold is much better.
About the deck,
It doesn't run nearly enough lands, I would add at least 3 more (instead of 3x Knight of the White Orchid).
I would also cut Return to the Ranks, Saffi Eriksdotter and a Knight of the White Orchid for 3x Knight of the Reliquary.
And replace Cloudshift (too situational) with Path to Exile.
Student of Warfare might be worth playing over Soldier of the Pantheon as well.
Lantern Scout also seems rather good in a CoCo build.
