Selesnya is the most stacked guild

Absolutely not. The only guilds worse than Selesnya are Simic and Rakdos, even Dimir and Izzet have surpassed it in power level. Selesnya is in an awkward spot where most of its decent cards are only playable in GW midrange, and midrange is getting worse after each new set release as all the other deck types become more and more refined and capable of either killing on turn 4 or easily out-valuing a majority of midrange threats. At least Simic and Rakdos have the excuse that most of their cards are just trash, rather than that their entire guild is bad at doing anything other than curve out and lose to wraths and burn spells.

This immediately struck me as one of the worst (if not THE worst) planeswalker ever printed.

One of the worst Walkers ever printed and that includes the Planeswalkers from the duel decks.

What? The card isn't a powerhouse, but this is not an inherently bad card either. I wouldn't be surprised if she finds a safe home in Standard in Abzan tokens, as her ultimate is easy to achieve and absolutely game winning. This may not be the place to discuss a card's overall playability in other formats, but these comments are obviously making incredibly exaggerated statements that take away from the actual discussion, are completely unnecessary and explain almost nothing.

The card itself seems like you have to activate the ultimate in the first 2 turns to be worth it, meaning you'd need at least 4 creatures when this comes down. She doesn't need to be dropped on turn 4, so I don't feel like it's that hard to achieve the ultimate on her second turn. Although an unlikely candidate for a Selesnya slot, I don't think she should be discredited so quickly, and I feel like many are overestimating the current power of the guild. The only Selesnya cards I feel like are absolute staples are Kitchen Finks and Glare of Subdual, and there is a pretty steep drop off in power level, ranging from aggro cards like Qasali Pridemage and Voice of Resurgence to fringe inclusions like Mirari's Wake and Knight of the Reliquary. Many of these cards have historically been very powerful, but besides the Pridemage they hardly make the cut anymore because they're too slow and situational. I'm not saying that Huatli is an exceptionally powerful card but you guys are seriously overvaluing the power of this color combination, especially in cubes with 3 or 4 cards of each guild. I at least wouldn't dismiss her so soon without at least trying her first.

I like the card, but I think I still prefer playing human 1-drops for Champion of the Parish and Thalia's Lieutenant. I currently only have 2 non-human white 1-drops at 450: Dryad Militant ans Isamaru, Hound of Konda, both of which I think I like more than Skymarcher Aspirant, but hey I could be wrong in how difficult it is to get the City's Blessing in which case this card is great, but I find that unlikely.

At 450 I'm probably going to cut Profane Command. This basically does what that card does most of the time but for less mana. The other abilities just don't come up anymore, so might as well make the swap.

I got so excited when I saw this, but am I alone on this one? I really like this card. Its large enough for big-mana or reanimator decks, resilient enough for control, and cheap enough to be realistically castable in an actual match. In my personal opinion, the first two lines are flavor text, but the last two are incredible. No matter the matchup, this guy will draw you a few cards, and if the opponent has a removal spell then you can protect it with the worst cards in your hand. I think you guys are missing just how many noncreature spells are cast per game, especially if you can get this guy out on turn three with a Show and Tell or an Animate Dead (not to mention the fact that in Reanimator, cheating this guy out first gives you a pretty solid discard outlet haha).

Maybe I'm just too excited and this card isn't as good as I think it is, but I'm definitely going to try to fit it in and I just think you guys should give it a second look. I'm definitely going to fit it into my unpowered 450, and I'm going to try it at 360 Powered. If all the snow up here on the east coast settles later in the day I'll try to proxy a few of the new cards for the cube and give some input on a few of the cards, including this one.

Oh and the art is incredible, I'm already getting goosebumps haha.

I'm trying to move back down to 360 Powered, and Top has never felt very good at all, even a year ago. Since Cube (at least for us) just keeps getting faster and faster, does this card still have a place in your cubes? I think I'm ready to cut it, but it always feels weird to cut a card that's been banned before for being too overpowering, so I want some final input before I make any decisions.

Wow, this looks insane, and I'm definitely giving this a shot.

I still think it's the #1 Dimir card.

Don't want to sound like a dick but there is no way there is no bias in that statement. There is absolutely no chance that Tog is the best Dimir card. I'd pick more than one Dimir card over Tog any day of the week.

I used to play this, Svereigns Realm and Hymn of the Wilds. This got cut because it was an absolutely awful card and the effect was generally a downside, the Realm got cut because we banned it for being too overpowered, and Hymn still remains in our cube to this day. If you haven't tried Hymn in cube I HIGHLY recommend it. It is very strong but by no means unfair. Leads to some fun shenanigans, try it out.

I'm 5'9" and weigh around 150. I love lifting but have recently been eating way too much so I can stand to lose some weight.

Me and my playgroup just proxied up this, Carnage Tyrant, Ripjaw Raptor and Hostage Taker to test out. This was the only one that actually showed up in the draft, and it was absolutely stellar. I played W/U Tempo that splashed black for this card alone because I really wanted to try it out, and it won 2 games on its own! It is the second best Bob variant I have played to date, only behind the Confidant himself. It required no real hoops to jump through, and could have definitely worked in midrange too.

I HIGHLY recommend this card for all to test. It was superb tonight.

Can't possibly be a bad inclusion, but there are better cards most of the time. It's a pass for me.

I play thraben, and it's exactly what I expected: not spectacular, but totally solid. I don't know at what size I'd recommend it, but it fits into pretty much any white deck so I highly recommend trying her out if you haven't already.

I've waned interest in mtg many times, but to date never completely quit.

Never tried Metalworker and I've always assumed it was really only playable in powered cubes. Am I right with that assumption? Seems disgusting when it works out though haha.

And no metal for me, more of a Trap and Cloud Rap guy myself.

I have never tried Devastation, but I play at 450 so Wildfire doesn't need more help beyond Burning and Destructive Force, both of which keep your Titans alive. If I went to 540 or higher id probably play Devastation to keep the redundancy up because I really love the wildfire archetype.
