So far my ramp consist of a few dorks as mentioned above, Crypt, Vault, Three Visits, Nature’s Lore, Skyshroud Claim, signets, I am torn on the mox but I dunno, I’m not the best brewer there is.
I want the deck to kill people using Vial Smashers ability.

@NoNeedToBragoBoutIt - Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time are definitely going to make the cut. I'm still going to keep removal relatively low on the CMC scale. It just seems bad to go any other way. I may be wrong though.
1. I want it to be fun.
2. I want to be able to use Vial Smasher the Fierce's ability as much as possible. Obviously Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix plays a part in this.
3. Even though I want it to be fun, I don't want it to roll over. I still want to be able to win games even with the randomness that Vial Smasher the Fierce brings to the tale.
4. At least 1, maybe 2 infinite combos would be ok.
Here is what I'm having problems with:
1. Manabase - I obviously need rocks and dorks to a certain extent but I was thinking of limiting the dorks to things like Birds of Paradise, Lotus Cobra (not really a dork but you get my point), Bloom Tender etc.
2. Spell Choice - the bigger the CMC the better BUT at what point is it too much?

I know the flying purple hippo, Phelddagrif can't be THAT competitive.
However, I want to make this deck as competitive as a 'hug', pillow fort, etc deck can get. I've been browsing decklists and I can't really find what I'm looking for. Mostly, there is ZERO win conditions and I cant think of any off the top of my head. I don't have much time to brew so I'm gonna throw up the bat signal here and hope for the best.
Personally, I run Mental Misstep in every deck that has blue.
I wouldn't necessarily say that value goes down the drain as the game goes on. I'll use it to counter a 1CMC tutor, Top, Clamp etc any day of the week - misstep hits entirely too many cards for it not to be good. Just my .02

Some big mana spells for draw were included in the rough draft ie Dig Through Time, Treasure Cruise, etc.
