Quote from YomakoRolling a cube to make choices?
*rolls 360-sided cube. It lands on Uktabi Orangutan. Confused at the meaning of this result, I begin an animalistic seduction of my playgroup. They panic and decide the best course of action is to roll the cube themselves. Xenagos, The Reveler. They look at one another and sigh heavily. In accordance with their roll, they reluctantly accept my advances and we party like Miley Cyrus. When we feel that the demands of these unfortunate rolls have bet met and have sufficiently scarred our minds and bodies, we roll again.Mother of Runes. My mother enters the room. Appalled at the obvious goings-on in the room she begins scolding us. In a way it is comforting to be assured of the vileness of our actions. In order to explain ourselves, we ask mom to roll the cube. Uktabi Orangutan. For the first time in my life I pray.

It's basically impossible for a rare in a Standard set to be $60. Almost all the value in Standard sets these days is taken up by alt art chase Mythics and even those rarely hit that mark. The full art version might get over $10 but the regular version should be pretty cheap.

Den of the Bugbear
Land (R)
If you control two or more other lands, Den of the Bugbear enters the battlefield tapped.
T: Add R.
3R: Until end of turn, Den of the Bugbear becomes a 3/2 red Goblin creature with "Whenever this creature attacks, create a 1/1 red Goblin creature that's tapped and attacking." It's still a land.
A fastland/manland/Hanweir Garrison combo seems pretty good to me. I hope there's a full cycle of these.
