I have a question about Drake Familiar. I think I(really it was my last opponent) am confused because the word 'target' is not used.
If there is only one enchantment in play and my opponent is able to destroy that enchantment in response, I will have to sacrifice the cute little dragon. I get that.
But, if there are two enchantments in play, can my selection of which enchantment will be returned be responded to (assuming my opponent only has the ability to kill one enchantment)? I thought it could not be. My opponent seemed to think that when I selected an enchantment to return to hand, that if he destroyed that enchantment, the drake must be sacrificed, even if there was another enchantment in play.
The Main thought I have currently is that Kitchen Finks should maybe be sideboard with something a bit more synergistic overall. Would love thoughts on the deck.
This thread has neglected Mothdust Changeling. Not the best card ever, but a 1/1 for 1 that pumps krovikan mist and benefits from lords. And contrary to popular thoughts I like fathom seer as my only gas provider. I am also mainboarding muddle the mixture with the possibility to transmute for krovikan, lord of the unreal, phantasmal image, and even a cyclonic rift in a pinch; whichever is most appropriate at the time, but often I keep in hand for specific threats that I know are coming.
He is campaigning in states where he is not expected to be able to gain any ground. For example, Colorado just swung his way in the polls and it was thought he had no chance there.
Is anyone running Collected Company with the walls and Assault Formation? If so is it worth it? Seems like it could be decent to grab a couple walls at once at instant speed...?
As a matter of fact, I am. This seemed like the most fun thing to do in standard. On my phone right now, but I will post my decklist tomorrow.
Have you considered hopeful eidolon? It is just a nice 1 drop that also counts as an enchantment. I figure you have enough removal already, I would consider running it over the banisher.
Title says it all. If I have a vastwood hydra in play, are his +1/+1 counters distributable to the counters created by murder investigation upon the death of vastwood hydra?
Currently experimenting with blessing. I took out a gift of orzhova for it.
I don't know if I need the cartyid or the commune, but I find them always doing something for me. There may be other things that could do more though! Is Mistcutter Hydra strictly better than skylasher? I kind of feel like it is.
Since you have green, consider repudiate/replicate from RVA.
Coco is exactly what it needs for some juice.
Nice.
Aether tradewinds should see some play in your deck for sure. With acid out it is so great.
Your cards actually gave me some great ideas that I will have to test.

Is this possible? I couldn't figure it out from https://blogs.magicjudges.org/rules/cr608/
