It looks like a shoal-less build, which then I don't understand why having griselbrand in there in the first place. Anyone get a chance to see the full list?

I saw the error of my ways with hog not being able to produce mana with mox. So I with this build, it focuses on a re-animator side of u/r gifts. I wanted to go for combo with Marionette Master and just instantly vs giving my opponent to respond to Combat Celebrant. The deck doesn't care about having black mana to hard cast, although the aetherhubs could theoretically get us there to hard-cast master. Anyways you can easily get this combo off and win by turn 3. Here's the scenario:

Turn One: Spirebluff Canal, Minister of Inquiries, pass.
Turn Two: Skirk Prospector, Fanatical Firebrand, attack, mill yourself.
Turn Three: Gate to the Afterlife. Mill yourself. Sacrifice Fanatical Firebrand to Skirk Prospector, discarding away a Marionette Master. Sacrifice Skirk Prospector to itself, discarding away a Metalworker Colossus. Use the two red mana to break the Gate, Fetch GPG, go to combat grab Master, fabricate servo's, swing 4 hope they don't block they go to 16 life, 2nd main sac the servos and gpg to Colossus, proceed to shake hands with the opponent. Like Kevin Crimm's deck I like this line much better with Marionette Master vs Combat Celebrant. Thoughts?

    4x Minister of inquiries
    4x Marionette Master
    3x Metalwork Colossus
    3x Walking Ballista
    4x Hog
    4x skirk prospector
    4x champion of the wits
    4x Bomat Courier

    Lands 20
    4x Aether Hub
    3x Dragonskull Summit
    4x Drowned Catacomb
    3x Island
    3x mountain
    1x Ipnu Rivulet
    2x field of ruin

    10 Artifacts
    4x Gate to the Afterlife
    2x gpg
    4x Mox Amber

    Magical xmas land world
    T1: land, minister
T2: land, skirk, hog, mox, mill 2-3 creatures
T3: land, gate, sac skirk, mill a creature, tap minister mill 2, tap mox, activate gpg. Have a marionette master and a metalworker colossus in the yard. Choose master with the fabricate trigger being +1/+1 counters, swing 8 with hog hope they don't block, sac Mox and gpg to the metalworker colossus trigger, then sac hog to have master deal 21 in life loss, for a total of a whopping 29 dmg in total for the turn. Seems pretty good, not sure how consistent it will be, but I'm sure the Mox will help out with mana issues, and is another permanent for colossus triggers to combo win. I thought of using Naban, Dean of Iteration, he helps with Mox adding blue mana, and double triggers for champion of the wits for extra draw/discard power. But we shall see, I want to keep this thread alive though, as I feel this is the best way to use gpg. Thoughts?

Thanks for the apology! <3 the deck is just nuts! With hope setting up the combo, I have great confidence that this deck can be a contender! I cannot wait to see your tourney results!

I guess you don't remember my post about it. But Kevin (rogue deckbuilder) the creator of this version actually has gone 5-0 on mtgo competitive leagues. So it's got a shot. I just still feel like it still needs a good tweak before it becomes a true threat. Being able to do the metalworker colossus sac ability and they can do nothing in respond because it's a part of the activation cost, is so dirty with marionette master!

Right? I say we splash red for cathartic reunions and maybe take out a ballista and a hope for two saheeli to help setup the combo or down right win the game with gift

Let's go combo and win as easily as turn 4 or 5!
Thank you Kevin from the rogue deck builder!

I really want to get my hands on this and see about branching out to sultai or grixis for more win cons.

    What do you guys think?

Awesome results though! Thanks for sharing your tourney report with us! So how was running the deck without running Vraska's contempt in the main?

Hey dude! Any updates on the deck from your testing? I've kept tabs on other websites you've published, and that you entertained the thought of grixis and using saheeli or the God Pharaohs gift/ the scarab god. In my personal testing despite only have 22 lands I kept filtering through my deck to find nothing more but land, instead of crucial board sweepers, win cons or extra removal. I did at one point gained 8 life from a battle against ranuamp red to with the game which was epic. I tried grixis which was cute with saheeli but I feel like she would need a noxious gearhulk or the blue one to help with as another finisher or by adding more marionettes. I do have to say it was pretty satisfying resolving a marionette and minusing saheeli to win the game.

Idk man rebukes are key as a 3 of same as the rays, unless you're finding trouble with curving out? Also, have you thought about adding herald of anguish as another finisher?

So you're saying drop the rays and add how many renegade maps?

How can we add Vraska to the mix and actually going sultai colors?

With going the sultai route you have
    Access to:
    Winding constrictor
Which could add some sweet dynamics to using treasure map and pumping tokens
    Walking ballista
Just keeps rdw in check and grows with the snake and gearhulk package
    Vraska
Ult is amazing + she has pure utility and can populate the field
    Verduant gearhulk
Pumps tokens and gives more counters to puppet master

    Quote from Acissathar
Haven't seen much Omni related activity lately, but here's the list I took last night to 4-1 record. I am very happy with it but I need to work on the sideboard some more. Also considering Sire main because he's a great final drop to the Omni vomit.

Almost every game was pretty much the same so it's hard to really justify a complete match breakdown as no games were different. I played against Naya Midrange, Dega Control (Lost), Junk Reanimator, Dega Tokens, UWR Control. All wins pretty much followed the same path of looting through the deck, dropping a sweeper for any threatening board presence if I had nothing in the yard or hand, and then finally Obzedating for game on either an Angel to stabilize or Omni to win. I will say that chain casting Blast of Genius is pretty ridiculous here. Draw 3 deal 7-10 to a creature or player? Yes please.

I did lose to Dega Control when he sideboarded into a much more aggressive strategy. While aggro is definitely going to be a hard match up, I feel confident in the sweepers plus sphinx/dreadbores/D.Spheres. I kept hands that were slower than I expected him to be so that loss was likely a play error on my part.

Considering all this I still do love the deck and had a blast playing it and I will be testing it for states this weekend.

In regards to side boarding I generally would drop either all the Blasts, or 1 of each looting card and an Omni or Aid.

Don't get me wrong i love your concept, but i don't see the deck dealing Lethal damage when Omniscience hit's the board. You have better odds hitting the Travis woo's Borygomo's enraged enter the infinite combo, UNLESS you were to throw in Reverberate and Increasing vengence to deal double dmg for the win.
