The fact that there are people on here that see what he did as OK should be widely shunned by everyone. The people saying it should have been resolved as adults by privately having a conversation seem to conveniently gloss over the fact that he made this public by doing it on YouTube and Twitter to all of his/her followers and subscribers. He would have made money off of those videos too. He made this a public issue. That is not acceptable.Posted in: Articles
If you find anything about this situation acceptable other than the fact that action is being taken against him, you are unequivocally wrong, and will simply ensure this world gets a little bit worse, day by day. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
Absolutely fine honestly, I've been playing with 17 lands up until last week, but knocked it up to 18 lands and opted for 3 ruins instead of 4. The worst hand I've gotten so far is a single ramunap ruins in hand for land, but after mulligan to 6 everything rights itself. Honestly, this deck is really really easy to run with single land hands. I've won a fair few matchups with only 2 lands on the board turn 4. Burning-tree emissary too stronk - one game went mana > foundry street denizen > mana > emissary > emissary > emissary > whacker and they scooped.

The whole point of it is to tap your 3 mana, play a summons for one and sac three lands (or more), and then use the 2 mana in float to kick or surge a whacker. Then your 3/3's are 4/3's and have haste. With a loyalist on board they have first strike and trample. It's an obscene combo, you just need to know how to play it right.
It's great when you get mana flooded, which happens more than I like. Blow all the mana on an extra two damage and then sac them all off for Devastating Summons and if you haven't immediately won at that point you were never going to.

If somebody walked up to me and asked for a Sin Prodder I can't be bothered to find out if it's worth more or less than $1.50, so I'd probably just ask for a goblin token in return. Trying to find something worth trading it for is just too much effort and I'm not really getting anything out of it.
I'm not sure if I'll get a warning for this, but from reading your posts and your general tone, you sound like an extremely toxic and unpleasant person/MTG player. If you had said all those things and then expressed regret, I'd have nothing to say, but you don't seem to see the issue with your behaviour. People with attitudes like yours ruin casual events like FNM, events that are pretty much in existence so new players can come and learn and play. How can a player get better at FNM if nobody helps them in their opening weeks as a new player? We don't tolerate such obnoxious players at my LGS. If its what you want to do at a GP event then fine, but I imagine most players at your LGS dislike you for it.
If you live your life with the same logic displayed here, I strongly recommend you do not have children.
It was just a badly used plot device to further the story in the direction they wanted. I don't think there's a logical explanation of why Chandra could suddenly do this and only just noticed it now.
It was also used by Jace to follow Baltrice through the Blind Eternities. Her spark in the BE was represented by a charred tree.
