Two thoughts: First off, this seems stupidly powerful. Like a Gruul Archangel Avacyn almost.

Second, the templating bugs me. If it has haste and it gives other creatures haste, why not just write "creatures you control have haste?"

That's a pretty deadly general. A lot of keywords. She (He?) has that awkward, yet good Haste/Flash combination, previously seen on Raging Kavu, and untapping a creature mid-combat will be telegraphed heavily if she's (he's?) in the command zone, so there's that, but it lets you play around counterspells and removal more easily so it's always still going to be good.

Wizards staff has been replaced by monkeys on typewriters.
