More hilarious ways to abuse Mycosynth Lattice or Enchanted Evening. It's not one-sided, but with a 5/6 vigilant frampler you'll probably just kill them with it.

Does it work that way? Both the lattice and enchanted evening specifically affect "permanents" and it is my understanding that cards only become permanents when they are on the battlefield... meaning that they are affected too late for the archon to prevent the casting.
