When Grave Sifter enters the battlefield, each player chooses a creature type and returns any number of cards of that type from their graveyard to their hand.
Card Rulings
11/7/2014 The creature type each player chooses applies only to that player. For example, if another player chose Elf, you wouldn’t return Elf cards to your hand unless you also chose Elf (or if an Elf card in your graveyard also had the creature type you chose).
