Manifold Insights
Oracle Text
Reveal the top ten cards of your library. Starting with the next opponent in turn order, each opponent chooses a different nonland card from among them. Put the chosen cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Card Rulings
11/8/2016 If there aren’t enough nonland cards for each opponent to choose one, all of the nonland cards are put into your hand.
11/8/2016 Once the top ten cards of your library are revealed, no player may take any other actions until Manifold Insights has been completely resolved.
11/8/2016 After Manifold Insights resolves, if it’s your turn, you may play one of the cards if it’s legal to do so before any other player can take any action.
In control, any card advantage is good card advantage. If you've built your deck correctly, pretty much any card your "opponents" pick is a good card. I put "opponents" in quotes because this card also gives you the option to be a little social. If you've made a friend over the course of the game, you can suggest they give you a specific card. Even if you can't fenaggle your way into getting the cards you want, it's still an extra card for each opponent. It gives you just as many cards as Divination if you have two opponents, and only gets better with more opponents.
I'm loving these cards.
Still, though, for 2U that's really not terrible. +1 card advantage per opponent after the first with a chance to get something decent if your opponents politic or properly assess threats ("If you let me have that Swords to Plowshares, I promise I'll use it to remove that Blightsteel Colossus that may kill one of us next turn" etc.). Sucks if you show your Deadeye Navigator or something, but hey, stuff happens and you still get goodies in hand.
