Flavor text is a low key comment on the banning of Paradox Engine in commander.

As for the card effect itself...how is this relevant to the game aside from a slight turn advantage for the player who took their turn before you (and disadvantage for the player normally after you)?

E: I guess if you're able to make copies and copies of this card between you and another player...you could completely lock people out of having turns indefinitely. Wow I feel dirty just thinking of that usage.

Or you can run it with Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient to reverse the turn order twice

Or you could activate it on the players after your turn... I don't know why you would, but I can see it being used very heavily for politics or just to mess with people. Like if one person is running away with the game, you activate it on the turn of the person before them to give the group more time... very interesting possibilities though.

I think I remember hearing a story about Time Walk having the text "Target player loses next turn" in development, which was kind of like a skip turn effect, but also confused players into thinking it was a one-card win combo
