When I look at this card as a card advantage engine, though, I'm a much bigger fan. Being able to burn through future "dead draws" in the late game is an excellent tool that white has all but been missing and the body attached is decent.
With all of that in mind, keep in mind that courser of kruphix is in a color filled with effects that allow multiple lands to be played each turn while this card... isn't.
but that first strike is atrocious. with 3/3 body this can hold off any reasonable attacker and the chances of squeezing in any significant damage are slim. still white takes what it can.
i'm much more interested in trying this in d&t shell in legacy. astrolabe is still a thing though...
