So... this card is pretty narrow.

-Doesn't stop fetch lands (though it can stop them from feeding goyf/deathrite)
-Makes opponent shocklands better for most purposes.
-Doesn't hurt tron too badly (even if you choose the tower, that's still 5 mana on turn 3 if your opponent draws the wrong cards)

Off of the top of my head, the biggest threats this handles are:
-Mishra's Workshop
-Tabernacle
-Valakhut (probably most relevant)

I was stunned when this was pointed out to me. I honestly didn't believe it at first.

Actually, tron lands check for types. The way you can know is that if you look at the Oracle text, Urza's Power Plant has the type Urza's Power-Plant, and the other tronlands say in Oracle if you control urza's power-plant. It has the hyphen, which the name has but the type doesn't, so yes, it does shut down tron because none of them turn on.

Also Gaea's Cradle. But Elves is totally capable of winning without it, so I'm not sure that matters much.

Tron lands don't look for cards with a certain name, they look for cards with certain land types. This makes them lose their types, so it still shuts down Tron.

Seriously. Going to make a deck with this, the other Moon, the moon junkie, and the opposite of the moon card, and just call it MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Just realized this is one sided, so an RG Tron player mooning another Tron player out of the game is going to be real.

Yeah wow didn't notice this wasn't symmetrical. That's some cool mirror deck. I really like this thing.

Shuts off Valakut and Eldrazi Temple pretty handily, neat.

Its not a instant/sorcery
