That if a reclaimer or knight is allowed to survive for your next turn to activate its ability, you would have paid 2G versus 1WG for its ability, except the 2G is staggered over two turns while the 1WG cost is one turn but the ability is still staggered for two turns.
Turn 1: Fetchland, Forest-Shockland, 2 damage to self, Elvish Reclaimer (1 land in grave)
Turn 2: Land, activate reclaimer, get more useful land (2 land in grave)
Turn 3 (assuming it survived this long): Repeat of turn 1 or turn 2, Reclaimer is now a 3/4.
This is more like knight of the relinquary, you have to want it for the body but it might help to get a utility land somewhere.
Doubt any deck will be interested in this though. Knight Is great stats, this has mediocre stats for how difficult it is to turn on

No seriously, this is way better than any one-drop has any right to be. Fun fact: If Crop Rotation cost 2 and put the land on the battlefield tapped, it would still be good. This gives you a repeatable version of that effect. Also, this puts itself out of bolt range? Get the hell out of here, this card is nuts.
