Destroy any number of target creatures. For each creature destroyed this way, its controller creates a 4/4 red Dragon creature token with flying.

Card Rulings

2/25/2015 If a creature is targeted but not destroyed (for example, if it regenerates or has indestructible), it won’t count toward the number of Dragon tokens put onto the battlefield.
