Probably semi-useful in limited to keep Embalm/Eternalize critters in check, but the lack of a card draw makes its value over Relic of Progenitus questionable. Being able to target specific things is certainly an upside though.

The first activation of this is 3 mana, and it doesn't replace itself later, so I wouldn't play this over Scrabbling Claws, Relic of Progenitus, Phyrexian Furnace, or several others. That's not to say that it isn't powerful graveyard hate. But if it finds a home, it'll likely be in Standard and only if graveyard decks become a thing. But Scavenger Grounds might be better.
