You may look at the top card of your library any time.
You may cast creature spells from the top of your library.
+1 — Create a 3/3 green Beast creature token. Put your choice of a vigilance counter, a reach counter, or a trample counter on it.
-2 — When you cast your next creature spell this turn, search your library for a creature card with lesser converted man cost, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.

More flexible cost and better plus ability than 5-drop Garruk, an excellent passive ability (at least for commander), and the -2 ability might have some real bite (such as casting Finks to grab a vizier).
Pretty satisfied.
Still, a pretty good Vivien, and the Variant version looks comicbook-y, but it's pretty good. Was impressed to see Kev adopting this style in a Magic card.
I still dislike the idea of putting a Token of a Beast and then a counter of an ability. Why does WotC over-complicate an already complicated game?? Just make different Tokens of the Beast creature.
