To be fair, I do see it in Commander sometimes. Mostly for deck thinning and some mana fixing.

Nobody plays Tron in Commander since PT was banned.

Tron decks where Prophetic Prism tends to see the most play.

Not really. What good is this in monocolor decks besides deck thinning? In two colors, it has more use, but it's still not that great. Once you're in three or more colors, you probably need duals.
