When Riftsweeper enters the battlefield, choose target face-up exiled card. Its owner shuffles it into their library.
Card Rulings
5/1/2007 It doesn’t matter why the card was exiled or who owns it.
5/1/2007 If Riftsweeper affects a suspended card, the card loses its time counters and is no longer suspended.
5/1/2007 If Riftsweeper affects a card that’s haunting a creature, the haunt effect ends.
